Avoid if you can. Debited my account but received no confirmation or receipt.customer service non existent- you cannot get through to anybody at all on the phone or email. Finally got through to one of the drivers who confirmed my details were not on their sheet so no order for me but not to worry because the money will go back into my account.no such luck. Currently dealing with my bank to start a chargeback.

My tank was only able to take 460 litres out of a 500L order. I asked for a refund for 40 litres again and again. Eventually after over two months they offered about 1/3 of correct amount.

STAY AWAY! Similar to other reviews. These guys will rob you. Ordered 1000 litres of oil. Received 940 from delivery guy - was told that there wasn't enough room in my tank but that I would get a refund. Have asked over and over again for refund.....not got it

Wonderful service. The oil arrived the very next day. A very professional company.
Everything went smoothly and in a great atmosphere, from placing the order to the very friendly driver with a natural gift for being kind. The whole process took only a moment but brought a big dose of smiles and good mood.

I called them during the recent cold snap as the kerosene was running low. All other companies offered me a delivery date 4-7 days away, this fella said he could do next day. Prices were on the lower side, and Roman (?) delivered the next day as promised. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first as some of them are offputting- but my experience was great. I would've tipped but I had no cash. Will def use this company for my kerosene in future.

Well priced, arrived on time, very professional even offered advice on how to keep measure of content of oil tank and provided a refund immediately due to my error of over ordering amount required. Second time to order from this company. Excellent service. Ordered Friday, delivered Monday. We ordered too much but they said we can get cash back or deduct the difference from our next bill. Byron (I hope that's spelt correctly, apologies if not) is a lovely man, very friendly. Highly recommend this company for oil.

They are always quick to deliver, exactly what is ordered. Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff, always. Especially Byron/Baron (apologies if I've spelled your name wrong). Top man, top service.

Ordered more than I could take. Mg fault . I called.anour eight times and left messages when the phone was answered. Two months later I received a refund but at a much lower rate than I paid in December. There are more efficient and obliging suppliers about . Thy them first .

I prepaid for 1,000 litres of kerosene from Q fuels. The delivery was a day late but it didn't cause a great problem. My tank could only take 900 litres, (my fault) so I asked for a refund. I would have been happy with a credit on my Q fuel account, but they actually refunded me the relevant amount. Wouldn't have any problem recommending Q fuels in the future. Good service.

Ordered on a Wednesday as oil was running low, called first to check it could be delivered the next day. It never arrived and when we called the lady at the other end was very rude and dismissive and claimed it would arrive Friday. The same thing happened again Friday, fobbed off on the phone and and then couldn't get through for the last hour on Friday afternoon, and of course they are not open Saturday as claimed on their website. After the bank holiday Monday, we called again and she was shouting down the phone at us. The oil eventually arrived late Tuesday morning.

These guys are the Ryanair of oil delivery. Avoid, avoid avoid.

First time using, I paid up front for 1000l, wasn’t in when guy delivered. Phone call two weeks later to say they had put extra in by accident and could I pay. When I said I didn't think it was fair I should pay for more than what I ordered they began emotional blackmail saying that if I didn’t pay it would have to be taken out of the delivery guy’s wages! They then said then they’d get him to call me to ask me to pay and I said don’t bother. Dreadful way to conduct business. I wouldn’t trust them to use them again.

I would avoid these guys at all costs, they are crooks! I ordered 1000 litres in good faith but, as it happened, the tank only took about 870 litres. The driver said I would be refunded the difference - but, surprise surprise, the difference was almost nothing. I have never had this from any other oil company. Buyer beware and go to any other oil supplier.

My third time ordering from Qfuels and I haven’t had a bad experience! Ordered online yesterday at 16:30pm, oil arrived today at 14:15pm. Really really lovely delivery driver- made my day! Tank filled for winter, happy days!

TERRIBLE COMPANY
I paid for fuel on Sunday expecting fuel to be delivered on Monday I was told on Monday received email from Paul we do not cover your area refund will be initiated. I replied back and call Q fuel and told you deliver the fuel to us last time by providing order number . I was told by customer service we will check with manager and update .no sign of fuel no refund and we are without the fuel .
These are thief stay away from them .I am going to report these thugs to ccpc so that they can not fool anyone in future

Terrible company. Firstly when placing an order, you enter your eircode which is accepted, as then is your payment. Only to be then told they don't deliver to your area. Getting your refund is impossible, your just dealing a lad driving his lorry when you call. You will be told it takes 3-5 working days, even though it's been weeks waiting to be refunded. The only way to get your money back is to open a dispute through your bank.

Be careful ordering from this company despite their website saying they deliver to Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Meath they don't. I live in Kildare approx 20 mins from their depot and ordered oil on line from them on a Monday morning. They immediately took the money from my account and gave me a delivery date for the Friday. Then on the Tuesday evening 5.30pm I got a 2 line email saying they don’t deliver to my area and my money would be refunded in 5-6 working days. No apology no nothing and had to wait to the following day to call them. So I’m now 3 days no oil, I have to wait a further 5 days to get my money back before I can order any where else and I’ve no way to get hot water with a small child starting school that week. The lady on the phone was unhelpful and unapologetic she was in fact completely without compassion or emotion for the situation they put me on she just continued to repeat in a robotic manner that they don’t deliver to all areas in Kildare and then just hung up the phone on me. Completely rude and unprofessional people to deal with. Not once did I get an apology. We were lucky this happened in the summer. I’m writing this review in case any one orders in the winter and doesn’t have the spare money to be able to pay for another delivery from another company while you wait on your money back from them. This company will leave you in the cold without hesitation or apology be very careful buying from them.

I ordered oil online from Qfuels because their prices were among the cheapest.
I received my order today as promised and on time. I found the driver to be very cheerful and happy and efficient. This company was a pleasure to deal with and I am sure to use them again.

Oil was delivered promptly on the date that was promised. The driver was very friendly, polite, and careful reversing in with the delivery.
