I tried the web site and it didn't work. I had to phone and renewed without a problem.

Quick and easy way to get breakdown cover and is 1 of the cheapest around. I was a customer of them for years before getting my lease car but after getting rid of it I decided to go back to rescue car with hesitating as always had a great service from them.

Rescuemycar.com Website is nicely laid out, easy to follow, clear and concise wording & pricing... so far, the whole process of purchasing and registering as a customer on the website and portal has been a positive experience... The real test will come (hopefully not !) when I contact the company for help with vehicle problems in line with the purchased policy - I hope they will exceed my expectations as I will consider renewing again next year...

Quick and easy to arrange, competitively priced, site was easy to use. I cannot comment on any part of the actual service as I have not yet used it, and indeed hope not to use it.
Seems a bit bizarre to be asked to rate a breakdown service before I’ve used it.

Misleading policy and poor customer service.
Their policy clearly states no excess at the call-out, yet when I needed assistance, customer service tried to charge me an extra fee. This completely contradicts the written terms. When I questioned it, they were unhelpful and dismissive.
I cancelled immediately — I cannot trust a company that advertises one thing and delivers another.

Easy to sort and reasonably priced

My membership ran out. I had forgotten to renew so I renewed over the phone and (2 times I was promised both postal and email renewal would arrive shortly, but no postal 1 month later. I have been a member many years and used the breakdow service twice over the years that part was good. But something is not right with office staff now.

Sorry just received my postal documents. Looks like they have been batered about with the post all good now.
