Been using rescumemycar for a number of years very easy process when renewing

I phoned to cancel my policy as I had received better price offers. The rep I spoke with checked through the offer and revised the price making it far more attractive. So instead of cancelling I renewed for the next year.

Used them last year too quick response when I broke down

Only just bought the policy so not yet sure of their performance in time of need but the price is competitive and the terms seem fair, so so far, so good.

Unfortunately we broke down and needed help, I have national recovery with home assistance with rescuemycar. They were called at 12-20 and we received help at 18-20!!!!
6 hours in the extreme heat constantly phoning for information and just getting fobbed off with lies.
I was offered onward recovery to our hotel that evening, to be taken to a local garage which was pointless because it was a Bank holiday weekend or to be recovered nationally ie taken home would be over £1,000 !!!!!
Shocking, money grabbing company, listen, they are cheap for a reason, they want your money and do not even offer a fix at roadside, what kind of rescue service does not even attempt to repair a car when you've broken down?

Added another car to the policy & negotiated a price which was very reasonable. Never had to call the service as I f yet for the 3 cars on the policy but the customer services & the communication has been very good. Been with the company about 5 years

Once again rescuemycar came to help .
I broke down this morning ( lower water hose burst stopped straight away ) water temperature went from normal to hot in no time , I obviously had to stop almost there and then , I was on the A13 no hard shoulder but fortunately found a place that was pretty safe all things considered , called Rescuemycar and within a very short time a transporter was on its way to me now home safe and sound .
This is about the fifth time I’ve unfortunately had to use them ( I have a Jaguar E Type ) and each time the same customer service has been 100% kind regards Antony Hawes ..

You had set my membership to auto renew at a higher price than any of those offered to new customers that stumbled upon your website. I signed up for a new membership as it was less than half the price. This means loyal customers are being ripped off, I believe on purpose as you take our inaction due to being busy or not noticing as a chance to fleece us. It was also a waste of my precious time, because despite beginning a new membership, I ALSO had to terminate the old membership to cancel the automatic renewal, then to cancel the membership too. I wouldn't have known I had to do this if I had not specifically asked for this information. I can foresee this becoming another one of the schemes in the future where the government makes companies like this pay back customers for starting a new contract without the customer being fully informed and aware. The new price is decent, but considering I have a good car in great working order, I have all issues at MOT dealt with swiftly, and I have never claimed on insurance or had a breakdown in all my years of driving, it only seems right I should. I will take time to read through all the documentation though to ensure there aren't clauses I won't like.
