Was with Rescue my car for the last few years but let it lapse March/April as I didn’t know what I was doing with car due to some problems I was having with it.All sorted now so renewed. I did renew my wife’s car last month.

The website was easy to use and the cost of the insurance was reasonable. Hope we don't need it when we go to France!

My 2022 Volkswagen GTI suffered an electrical failure whilst at a busy retail park, in the middle of a dangerous slip road in my native Swindon on April Fools Day of all times! … Rang Rescuemycar and got through to some Northern call centre based bloke who sounded about 15 years old and was rather abrupt with me when I explained that I was in a dangerous place and needed “rescuing” ASAP to save any accidents happening. The bloke was rude and instantly only cared about the £40 excess charge and was insisting I pay it in order to get towed away. They then sent me to the closest recovery centre, a grotty dilapidated rusty industrial estate garage I’d never ever heard of in my life in Swindon. The staff there were very threatening and very rude as my car pulled up at 2 minutes to 6pm. (unfortunately, I didn’t predict this from happening so next time I’ll make sure I take a crystal ball with me!) The recovery guy at M4 Recovery was so lovely and instantly agreed to take my car to his friends garage in Swindon with a great reputation; as we both did not TRUST the car being left with this garage RMC had recommended! Story cut short, car was fixed by the garage who was recommended by Rossi @ M4 Recovery Team and all is now fine!… I have now joined AA as I am APPALLED with the service received from RMC. Shockingly terrible service and run by a call centre of plonkers!

It was really easy to get a quote, there was a breakdown of the price and it was easy to change or add requirements. What was included in all of the options was clearly explained. It took me around half an hour from start to finish and the price was very competitive.

The lady I spoke was very helpful. I phoned to cancel my policy, but she asked if she could see if she could get me a better price.
And she managed to save me £50 approximately.

It was really easy to renew my membership with rescue my car. The price was good too.

Recently had a coolant leak with my car which left it in a condition unsuitable to drive for fear of engine damage.
Contacted Rescue My Car to get it recovered to my designated garage.
The call was so easy and straight forward.
Staff member that dealt with me was first class.
He arranged for a local firm to collect my car and they arrived bang on time.
I can't fault the service one iota.
Will certainly be renewing my membership next year.
Bravo!
