The speed and efficiency of taking it out - and of course the price! I was amazed that I could get full road & home recovery plus key protection - all for a fraction of the cost compared to other well known Services! I haven't had to use it yet so I can't comment on that as yet.

My renewal came through which was a bit more than I paid last year but upon doing another quote on thete online site I got the same cover for nearly £30 cheaper but when I phoned them they couldn't give me that price and amend it over the phone so the renewal was cancelled and I did my cover online saving money

Left Daughter 20 miles from home unless we paid extra
My Daughters motorbike broke down termainly whilst on a ride out for a couple of hours because she mentioned she was going to a cafe before returning home they would only take her to the cafe and dump her there with broken bike,she had to pay them £57.85 to bring her the 20 miles home,l was told that is company policy when l complained. DISGUSTING use RAC or AA

for the experience your daughter had. I completely understand why this
was frustrating.
Our national policy states that, in the event of a breakdown, we will
recover the vehicle to either the onward destination or the home
address, whichever is closer at the time of the breakdown.
In your daughter’s case, she advised she was heading to a café
before returning home, so at the point of the breakdown the café was
treated as her onward destination.
Because of this, the recovery to the café was covered under the
policy, but the additional mileage to take her on to her home address
fell outside the standard entitlement and was therefore chargeable,
which is why an additional fee of £57.85 was quoted.
I appreciate that this outcome feels unfair and I’m sorry for the upset this has
caused. If you would like us to review the specific details of your
daughter’s case again, we’d be happy to do so and confirm that
everything was applied correctly.

Prompt identification and rectification of duplicate cover
I had inadvertently taken out duplicate cover on one of our cars and RMC rang me to let me know this and quickly cancelled the duplicate cover and returned the premium - 5 star plus customer service.
