best car hire experience i have had.
I hired a car through Rent-a-car.eu on two dates 28th may 2012 for 3 days,and on 11th june for 3 days.Both in benidorm and with Centauro.Both Rent-a-car.eu and Centauro made it the best and easiest car hire I have ever encountered,both are top class and a pleasure to deal with.I would encourage friends or family to use them without hesitation,for price courtesy and professionalism.Top class Rent-a-car.eu and Centauro..

Room for improvement
Good service, but...
The booking page has some flaws:
It doesn't state how many persons per car - so when booking a van you can't tell if it's at 9 person bus or something you can use when mooving e.g. furniture (an e-mail to the support solved that).
it doesn't state the deposit required by the car rental company. In my case it was 3000 euro! (try withdrawing that amout on you visa!).
I booked two seats for children but on the car rental company information it said 3 seats.
It turned out that the person behind the counter only spoke Russian and Italian. English (or German) would have been nice!
We ended up waiting more than an hour because of different difficulties at the car rental office in Rimini - including the issues mentionned above.
On the positive side: the fees payed localy were actually lower than stated on the booking page.

They waited until the last minute not the change the dates in order to not to refund

We got a mail says no problem and we had been told that they will send us a new voucher, than for a month We hadnt receive any answer. a week before my holiday i wanted to remaind them the change of the dates and they wrote me its to late And the reservation was non refundable for change , we had to stay with car for 5 days.
