I’ve had 3 delivery windows in 3 days and zero deliveries. Absolute waste of time. Do not use Relay!

Absolutely no updates from the company, no idea where my parcel is. Looking at the other reviews on here, I should not be surprised I guess. This company is a pile of s..t!!!!

This is so funny. Due to me mentioning in my last review that relay will band me because my past truthfull negative review, they actually didnt suspend my account, "wich is quite shocking". What they actually did was block me from booking routes this morning from the areas wich i actually smash their route estimate by half. They done this by placing me in a low tier "bronze" bare in mind im a platinum tier courier. This means i am unable to choose routes wich i have completed in the past in less than half there estimate prediction 🤣 but im allowed to book routes miles away, wich are priced at £14 per hour "so minus the insurance fee the deduct and any failed parcels that fee couls be as little as £8 per hour" 🤣. This is taking malpratice to another level and just confirms to me the managers or staff in the office who are controlling tiers and route booking are feeling the effect of my reviews, wich is a good thing may i add and doesnt affect me in the slightest. I also mentioned this issue to support staff no more than 8mins ago over their support instant chat line, and the abruptly just said email us and ended the chat. Bare in mind emailing them takes atleast 5/3 days to get a generic response, really a waste of time in my case. Have a lovely day relay and all the minimum wage staff working hard in the office.

Simply ridilcous . Email came out for deivery around 10 am that it will arrive between 12pm and 2 pm and it's 10.18 pm night and still waiting . Keep sending me updates about . I wish i can give them 0 stars if option available

Awful service.
Sent a large box with Relay, took 4 days for them to collect, tracking changed to return to sender and now the box is lost !
Different agents gave Different answers every time
Would never, ever use again

Zero stars if possible. No attempt to even deliver my parcel. I was in both days that my delivery was scheduled for after I 'missed the first attempt' - I was in all day.

No knock at the door, safe space ignored. Don't bother with this courier.

Every parcel is late. Tracking is Tom-tit.

I went outside to empty the bins and found a package on the grass behind our hedge, but had no ring on door bell or knock at the door and I have been working from home all day. After checking the CCTV the delivery driver just came in and placed it behind the hedge took a photo and went off and at no point did they attempt to ring the door bell! We have a bus stop just outside our house and have had parcels taken before, Cannot understand why they did not take three more steps and ring on the door bell to even attempt to give to someone. Would never use this company for deliveries and will check to make sure sellers do not use them going forward.

This delivery company has recently appeared on platforms like Vinted. They seem to be thoroughly useless, orders are taking much longer than with other companies, and now I see reviews I tremble. I'll make sure to avoid in future.

Parcel clearly stolen by driver. 5 star member of vinted not received parcel that was allegedly delivered at 10pm on Sunday evening. Noone on ring doorbell camera. So where is the parcel??

Conveniently there's a technical reason meaning Relay cant provide the photos the driver uploaded to the app.

Absolute scammers.

Awful. 2 parcels ordered & relay delivery selected, 2 parcels lost. Cheaper for a reason! Stick with inpost

This is an absolutely useless company. The driver supposedly delivering my parcel rang me saying he couldn’t find the address, I gave him directions and he said he had to go and deliver his other parcels and he would come back in 20 minutes and he never came back. I now have a notification that my parcel is being sent back to the sender. This is a disgrace! I will be putting in a full complaint about the company and the driver and tell the sender not to use them again!

Posted 2 items both were mixed with other people's parcels.
My customers received complete different items.i lost both items and had to refund customers also cost postage from both side
Over £29 out of pocket

They don't follow instructions even after asking them to place in a safe place. They they've been throwing my parcels in front of my door in plain sight instead of follow my instructions

Zero stars should be an option. They have not got 1 delivery correct. This delivery was left on front door step under my sign that says not to leave it there and when I came out to speak to the guy. He literally ignored me. I wasn’t rude or loud. I said please don’t leave parcels at the front of the house and thank you and he completely ignored me and walked away. Disgusting service and very rude. Can the driver read my delivery instructions or the big sign on my wall next to the door??? Worse than evri and thats being polite. Photo evidence of parcel drop is available.

I’m extremely disappointed with this delivery company. My parcel was collected from the sender a long time ago, yet it still hasn’t arrived and the tracking information hasn’t updated at all. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an update, but I haven’t received a single response.
The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. It’s frustrating not knowing where my parcel is or whent will arrive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.:::

If I could give zero stars I would absolutely useless company the drivers wont deliver to a block of flats because they cant be bothered and when my parcel did show up the driver practically threw it on the floor and said dont complain next time I will be using a different service from now on as this one is absolutely shocking

Sold an item through Vinted, went to two different pick up / drop off points which simply do not exist.
