Relay CONSTANTLY say out for delivery then say failed attempt!!! I have a safe place listed with them but they ignore it and say i was out EVERY TIME. I am so sick of trying to contact them about my parcels which end up going back to Temu. EVERY SINGLE OTHER delivery company manages to leave my parcels in my safe place so why can't Relay! Then you can't contact anyone terrible service. I thought other companies were bad but Relay just outdoes them for terrible service!!

Parcel received via Relay and placed in safe place as requested.

They followed instructions and was in the time limit

I’ve been using for a month now, through Vinted - although I have just removed Relay from the delivery options.

Sadly - my experience aligns with the general feedback here.

Non existent communication, service tickets that you politely wait 72 hours for a reply - with nothing coming back. Buyers and sellers none the wiser as to what’s happening.

Apparently I need to wait a further 25 days… I’ll update this once I hear back.

The general consensus is to avoid - I would concur with that.

Waste of time, every time I go to one of there drop off points the machines aren't working. I have a good mind to invoice them for the amount of fuel I have wasted driving round the few shops in my vicinity trying to find a machine that works

Courier doesn’t even knock. Camera footage proves this. I have safe place with them but disregards that and leaves in front of the gate in the driveway for everyone to see. Avoid at all costs

Avoid using this service. Terrible! If I could give zero stars I would do. Sent a parcel on Vinted and some random parcel with the correct tracking code turned up for the buyer. Now trying to resolve the issue on Vinted. No idea where the parcel I sent has gone!! Turn off accepting relay on Vinted. Waste of time.

This company has managed to make up three separate addresses for me for deliveries this weekend despite all of the parcels being from the same retailer and my correct address being supplied. If a delivery company cannot deliver to the correct address it is unclear why it continues to exist.

Scam Relay, they don't deserve a star, they failed attempt delivery

Absolutly diabolical delivery company. Have been informed by Vinted that i had parcels to collect at my local parcel shop. i've never received a QR code for ANY Relay parcel ive been asked to collect, either on email or Whatsapp. parcel shop. cant help without the QR code either. Have followed all instuctions on the Relay website to generate a new QR code, so has the parcel shop & it STILL doesnt work!!! 2 parcels have beem returned as not collected & 3 more parcels i still cant collect!!! never have these problems with Evri, InPost, Royal Mail. Relay 'Customer service' is useless & automated (that is once you get a reply), just going round in circles....

Omg, so horrendously slow. Still waiting for parcels 6 days from sending. I've recieved all my parcels through evri and inpost within 2-3 days of sending. Still waiting on relay. The quicker they get out the parcel business the better. I have followed the tracking, all 6 appear to be bottlenecked and various depots. What a ridiculous company and system. Passing through so many hands increasing the risk of damage and sticky fingers.

Truly awful! I sold an item on Vinted, posted it through Relay and tracking states it has been delivered to a store of the buyers choice. Buyer went to the store and the item could not be located. Relay states it was being returned to me back at the start of July. 4 weeks later and no sign of my item. I contact their customer support which were no help whatsoever so I am now having to explore the compensation route. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

First time using Relay because a buyer selected this option on Vinted. The parcel I sent has been missing for a month and was declared lost. I've sent over 200+ Vinted parcels with various couriers and never had any issue before. Would recommend turning the Relay postage option off on Vinted! Will not use again.

Parcel was lost, no compensation offered, no response from customer service after the initial acknowledged complaint. Will not be using again and have deselected option to use them on Vinted.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the delivery service used for my recent order. Because my address is unavailable over the weekend and after 6:00 PM, I attempted to change the delivery method to a local Relay collection point. Unfortunately, their website/app did not provide this option, even though it has been available for previous orders.As a result, the courier made multiple failed delivery attempts over the weekend. Shockingly, one of the scheduled delivery slots was between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, which is completely unacceptable for my schedule and privacy. Furthermore, the courier's customer service is incredibly poor. On a previous occasion, I contacted their help desk regarding a similar issue and received a reply after 10 days, completely ignoring their stated 72-hour response window. This is easily one of the worst delivery experiences I have encountered.

Later relay text me by rescheduling time by 4:50 PM to 8:50PM NO NO NO NO

I hate reschedule time !

My best delivery is Royal Mail are brilliant on time and no reschedule

Absolutely terrible delivery company first time using them parcel is lost . 2nd parcel I suppose that is lost as well . Won’t be using this company no more shocking

Only give 1 star as can't leave zero. Absolutely disgusting service. I am sat waiting for the parcel. Notification by email to say it was delivered. Checked my cctv to find the delivery person walked down the path and launched it over a 7 foot gate. Didn't even attempt to knock.

Had 3 different issues with vinted parcels in the past 2 weeks - Relay delivered someone else’s parcels to the buyers- this company should not be trading - not fit for purpose- Vinted not interested either- I do not recommend either company now tbh

I didn’t think there was a lower bar than “lose Evri package” but somehow Relay is setting new standards.

Delivery 1 benefit of the doubt

Sending a package through Vinted. 2 attempts failed and returned. No actual attempts made in reality.

Delivery 2 frustrating

Receiving a package from an online retailer. Tracking suggested delivery was about to be made, nothing happens then returned to depot as, apparently, no one was in. Lying about the delivery.

Delivery 3 no more

Photo of “delivered” package is at the bottom of our driveway. Delivered package has been left on the floor some 5 metres from our door. Now I’m not one for getting annoyed about packages being left safe without authorisation (because I know if it gets stolen it’s on them) but not walking the final few metres to a door is a new level of laziness.

Oh and if you want to complain none of the links work. It’s laughable.

Hopefully more one star reviews will stop business using this trash service.
