Absolutely rubbish courier service. Received a text with time frame during the day. Kept changing all day till late night and still didn’t deliver. Whole day wasted waiting. In the past if I didn’t come fast enough to the door to receive they would just leave outside lying around for it to be nicked by the passerby. Awful company. Don’t ever use this service. Save your time and money.

first of all they once delivered my parcel at the wrong address tried to contact customer support never heard back and second of all they have now lost my other parcel worst delivery service there is customer support is completely non existent

What is the point of these people ? Keep getting whatsapp messages.. 3 today..Saying " Relay is delivering my parcel ... " or just a short walk to collect ".. No idea of what parcel, who's parcel.. No useful info given like a tracking number, or where the parcel is on it's journey.. !! Or some random option for some random shop I've never heard of or asked for.. Finally get tracking numbers from a later email.. only to find.. it's on it's way to a warehouse.. So nowhere near close to being delivered.Why not just say that from the start.. something useful like.. We're expecting it soon.. we've got it.. we're sorting it...But most of all.. Only tell me you're delivering it when.. you're delivering it..Seriously, this lot make Evri look good. How is that possible.. ??

Very disappointed with Relay’s customer service. My parcel was waiting for collection, but I never received the required barcode from the company, which meant I was unable to collect it. I contacted support for help, but I only received a response about a week later, after the collection period had already expired and the parcel was returned to the sender. What made the experience even more frustrating was being told to deal directly with the sender, instead of Relay taking responsibility for the issue caused by their own lack of communication. I found this response unhelpful and unprofessional. This situation could have been avoided with better customer support and quicker action. Unfortunately, Relay’s service was unreliable, and based on this experience, I would not recommend using them.

They just leave parcels at the door without notification

One of The Worst couriers ever to Exist!!!! These crooks never seem to have the ability to take the lifts and deliver to customers door step!!! Not sure what kind of Unprofessional staff are being hired that lack basic common courtesy, customers are Paying for a Delivery service to have their Items delivered to their Door step, I live in a Apartment block with 6 floor and total of 40 flats- each floor consists of 5 flats apart from the 1st floor has only 1- Flat, all floors are accessible with a Lift, and there is 5 further flats outside the apartment that is easily accessible from outside. Time and time again packages are left on the floor in reach to public and strangers coming into the block, I’ve lost count how many times my packages have been stolen because the delivery drivers fail to Use their Hands to Press the Intercom or fail to press the Lift to the customers doorstep!!!
I would give them 0 star if it was possible they are absolutely Disgraceful!!!

Not sure why this delivery business is still operating. Never had such awful customer service. It’s been non existent. They have probably lost my parcel but I don’t know 💯 as they fail to reply to any of my requests. (4 so far)
I will NEVER use relay for any delivery’s from now on. Useless. AVOID!!

A Relay courier has delivered my Shein parcels to the house opposite mine twice already. The third time, the driver didn't even bother getting out of the car and simply marked the delivery as a "failed attempt". Customer support only replies with generic templates, and it is impossible to get anything resolved. Stay away from Relay—they are by far the worst company in England.

Absolutely terrible delivery service.These delivery people do not follow instructions at all.I hate it when I see who is delivering my parcels ect.Packages not left in safe places and delivery person can't even be bothered knocking on door.Had to give one star so I could leave a review but to be honest I would give Minus a million stars.Shocking service.

Seriously diabolical service. 3 failed attempts to deliver, I was in my house on all 3 occasions, it was never delivered. Then was told it was dropped off at a parcel shop, went to the parcel shop and it wasn't there. Only to be told by the shop keeper that the delivery driver always does this, he pretends to drop off items then drops them off at a parcel point, then collects it again at 7am. Then pretends to drop off the parcel again. He does this as he gets paid for all failed attempts. I'm now trying to chase my parcel with customer service (obviously you can't contact someone, it's via email as they don't have a contact number) was told it would take 72 hours to resolve. A week later and I'm still waiting. Disgusting

I am disabled i arranged for them to knock hard & give me time to get to the door. Lucky I tracked the car. I waited at the door. Tiny knock on the glass. I opened the door. Women walking down the drive she pointed to the ornament dog. We're she had put my parcel . I said u were meant to knock hard & wait. She just put her hand up & waved me away as she left. Well i am fuming . Totally disgraceful actions. The company employing them need a reality check ....

Worse than Evri if that was possible. Item from Vinted, Relay initally gave a reasonable delivery window then it changed to 30th July to 28th August. Four weeks to deliver a book in the UK and I live in a city, not on a remote island. No communication from Relay despite numerous attempts to contact them via their contact form. Tracking information hasn't updated since the seller dropped the parcel off 12 days ago.

Will be contacting Trading Standards.

DON'T choose Relay on Vinted.

I wouldn’t trust Relay with my dog. They are absolutely useless & deliver to whoever they want. My parcel was delivered to a derelict barn not my address. I have tried to contact them to no avail.
Certainly wouldn’t use them. Not my choice though.

Terrible, they never knock on the door just leave packages outside or ram packages through letterbox that don’t really fit and items are damaged. Absolutely awful

First their tracking said my delivery be yesterdays evening between 6pm -9:45 pm. I didn’t go anywhere for that, no delivery then it changed to this morning from 10 am to 3 pm, again I have been around so don’t miss it. Now it got changed to 3 pm - 7 pm tonight I paid for the product. I thought Evri was bad as they completely ignore instructions, but this tops so unprofessional, inconsistent your only job is to deliver, DELIVER MY PACKAGE 😡, never experienced anything like this

Courier took ages to collect my package. Due to the late collection the courier was unable to deliver it to my pick up location and instead delivered it to a location 70 miles away. What a waste of time and it doesn’t help that the company has no means of contact

I can't leave a no star review so having to leave a one star, which this company does not deserve! They are appalling, I thought EVRI were the worst but no Relay has far surpassed them. Barely any updates on journey, exceptionally long delivery times (9 plus days more recently) This company clearly cannot handle the sheer volume of workload, they are a cheap option compared to other logistics companies so surely it is common sense they were going to be popular. Sort yourself out, I and my customers will not be using your services going forward until you can display some sort of competence!
