The courier just left parcel in the back of the building for anyone coming or going to steal it (which is what happened) they just want to drop off a delivery any where and on to the next delivery

Ive had a very positive experience with Relay. I have had parcels delivered by them five times now. Each time on time and occasionally early. The couriers have always been professional and friendly. It surprises me to see so many negative reviews.

If I could give zero I would. First time selling on vinted the buyer chose Relay so
I went with it. Parcel delivered wasn’t what I dropped off at the shop so lost out on sale and parcel is missing. Absolute joke of a company DO NOT USE!!!!!

Used three times for Vinted purchases. One was delayed two just haven’t turned up . Avoid at all costs

Although I do get my deliveries. I do not like most of the people who deliver the items, they have no respect to my property or my neighbours (do not use my drive, walk across lawns). No conversations, why do they have to take full photo of my house, why cannot do what Evri do, just a photo receiving item? Also when followed a driver yesterday (I was driving) they just pulled out in front of me and just stopped for the next delivery (all lazy). Also, turning on people's drive when it wasn't where delivered. If possible just want the deliveries from Royal Mail or Evri as people who deliver for them have manners. 1 star only because I get my items.

One star is too many! Failed deliveries time after time even though I'm home! And no one to contact to speak to about this to get it resolved. When I use the contact us tab, that doesn't work most of the time, I received an email saying they are out of the office from 18th to 21st of April so can't answer. It's the 4th May!!!!!!!

Today is a bank holiday so I am not a work but it says my package will be delivered today. I tried to contact them and reschedule my delivery for another day this week but the message I was met with was just absolutely stupid. They emailed me back to say they would be on Easter break between the 18th to the 21st of April and would get back to me on the 22nd April. I totally understand if they said they would contact me tomorrow as today is a bank holiday but come on. We are in May and it is May bank holiday yet they are emailing me to tell me they are on Easter break between the 18th to the 21st.

Parcel from Vinted went missing and never delivered. Destroying sellers reputation as its not their fault and disappointed buyer as I was looking forward to receiving my items and then had to wait 28 days to get a refund in case it did turn up.

Live in a flat delivery driver left at downstairs front door without even ringing my doorbell. Other neighbours have had parcel stollen due to this

I’m currently waiting for two parcels. For the past 6 days I’ve received notification my delivery is due that day, then nothing. Terrible service.

0 star if I could...Reading the reviews and now I think I am not getting my parcel at all. Twice I was given huge delivery window, twice I was at home and twice so far didn't get my parcel and it says it failed nobody rang nobody left it in the building even. Outrages service I will definitely avoid and check next time who will deliver!

Just an update one lady in this company is doing her job! In the evening around 9pm I received another notification that my parcel is 10 min away. Lady came in and I asked why nobody rang earlier she said I dont know, but I picked up this parcel at the start of my shift around 8pm and she was lovely she said that they are other signatures on the parcel, and she can definitely see people's expressions this evening. She was a lovely lady doing her job, in my opinion someone else did not!

I got a delivery from them today.
The driver didn't even knock at the door he just threw my packages over my fence into my back garden and who got to them first yes my dogs who totally destroyed them.

i have been waiting for my package to be delivered for 4 days now, each day i get a time slot but no one bothers to even attempt to deliver it. laziness at its finest its like they do their job when it suits them.

i have now presumed that my package was either stolen by the delivery service or lost and there is no help option on their website because the help button is FAKE it does not take you anywhere! not to mention on their official website they said their trust pilot score is a 4 and a half stars which is hilarious because this is their trust pilot and its all 1 star. im pretty sure thats illegal to lie like that.

i hope you have fun reselling my £4 jacket that i bought because you wont get a lot from it. scum company

Had a parcel getting delivered a month ago,I never got it,placed a order last week and the company used this delivery service,if I knew they was going to use relay I wouldn’t of ordered from them,never got my parcel again!!!!!

Never knock. I was sat in kitchen for one parcel and they stuck it behind some wood that was being thrown. Only found out after picture was received. Should have knocked, I was home.
Another was thrown over back fence while we were sat outside..they broke the item as it was a book light. Never even attempted to knock at front door or even call over the fence to have me open gate, just threw it over.
Exactly the same crap as Yodel. It's disgusting how inconsiderate these drivers can be. And now people have CCTV set up so it is all easily proven.

Awful delivery company. If I could leave negative stars I would.
My package was out for delivery and I wasn't going to be there as I was away for the weekend so I contacted customer services to change delivery date 2 days beforehand and was told they couldn't do anything. I told them as I live in an apartment block I had no safe place and was told that information had been understood and would be communicated to driver but the driver dumped on floor in a communal hallway anyway and it was stolen. Relay consider this a successful delivery but I live in a place with 9 other apartments and delivery people coming and going everyday etc so it wasn't a safe place. I didn't give permission to leave my package! They have since told vinted they will not take responsibility as it was delivered. Absolute joke! AVOID RELAY AT ALL COST! They treat your items like rubbish. I've taken them off my vinted app as an option for my sales and I avoid them when buying from now on and stick to Evri and Inpost. How they are still in business I will never know!

What acomplete s?!show! My order was apparently out for delivery this morning. It is now 618pm and a random taxi driver has just thrown the package in my face. The tracking is 100% unreliable. One minute five stops away and delivery is imminent, ten mins later, 9 stops and 30 mins away. That was two hours ago. Horrid horrid horrid. Stop using these cowboys!

Disgusting, shit company. I've stopped ordering from places that use them. I've specified a safe place right in front of my house but the couriers have never used it. I've had parcels delivered to the wrong address, left in bins or not turning up at all. They give you gimmick delivery slots and turn up whenever they feel like it, never when they're supposed to. Avoid at all cost.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I see that a company has used this service to send my delivery out to me I already brace myself to never receive it. On more occasions than I can count delivery drivers have lied that they attempted delivery when they have not and the package has allergy gone back to seller. Then to make it worse the customer service are impossible to reach and once you do they are of no help. I can’t wait untill they are eventually out of business so I no longer have to deal with this.

Delivery service was very excellent. Parcel placed in a secure location unlike other delivery services. I’m a very satisfied customer.
