Rehome were great right from the start. They helped me negotiate a good price and then kept me updated every step of the way. The process is easy. I am delighted with the service provided by the ReHome delivery team. The team were very careful with unloading the kitchen and stacking the units. There was a considerable volume and the team were efficient, and very mindful of not causing any damage. It was clear to me they had taken great care with the dismantle too .. a fabulous service!

Great communication
Great communication. We had an issue with not being able to carry the full kitchen in one trip due to it being heavier than anticipated. The company arranged for the remaining pieces to be transported to us free of charge. Transport crew very helpful indeed.

Damage caused during dismantle and delivery
Beware using Rehome.
The initial contact with the sales team was positive and I liked the idea of getting a quality kitchen second hand.
I was told I could only pay via bank transfer which I was sceptical of, having no easy recourse in case something went wrong. I therefore visited the seller home and viewed it first hand prior to purchase. Although there were signs of used and some damage I was happy to go ahead.
When the kitchen arrived it was damaged. The private seller noted how the removal team did not take care of the kitchen and the delivery team handled the items so badly it resulted in multiple areas of damage.
I wrote to the company to complain and seek compensation and after two weeks of an internal investigation they rebutted my complaint.
I now have a damaged kitchen that will cost me over £1000 to repair.
Beware using Rehome as my personal experience was not in line with the information I was given up front. The 14 day guaranty was no worth a thing and not upheld.
I would highly recommend using your own company to dismantle as my experience was that the teams they use are not suitably qualified nor careful.

It's great to be able to buy a kitchen that is either ex-display or good quality second hand.
Our experience was excellent with both ReHome and the kitchen seller.
