First time using Rehome
First time using Rehome, the kitchen was better than described, delivery was precisely on time and the team were accommodating in having to store units and worktops around the house and garage. This first class service was also our experience in dealing with both Matthew and Siobhan in sales/after sales, think we've found our new kitchen supplier, thank you.

Buyer beware
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I will write a more detailed review in the new year but I’d just like to share my experience to date. I bought a Bulthaup B2 kitchen from Rehome and upon arrival it was disgustingly dirty with grease as if it had never been cleaned. One of the oven doors was hanging off, a cooker knob came off in my hand and a leg of the cooker came away when it was being placed in situ. However, because I didn’t highlight these issues within the 14 day period the company do not want to know - they have even gone so far as trying to blame my courier company (who move kitchens throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe). Unless you can go, view and inspect the kitchen before it is removed I would suggest you think very seriously about buying from Rehome. They don’t even inspect the kitchens themselves before they are removed - they send someone out to take photos but not inspect it. And then, if you are like me and the kitchen has to be transported by another company, Rehome have the perfect excuse to not be held liable should you as a buyer discover serious issues. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you feel, that’s never the experience we want anyone to have.
Your pre-loved Bulthaup B2 kitchen was purchased on 4 February 2025 and dismantled and delivered into storage at your request. At that point, we produced a dismantle report, and photos confirming the kitchen components were present, as per our listing description and intact.
We understand that your kitchen was then collected from storage and delivered to your home in Ireland at a later date by a third-party courier arranged by you and you first reported an issue to us in 20th December 2025, 10 months after the purchase.
While this was outside our usual reporting timeframe, we have been helpful and offered support where we reasonably could, including assistance with the oven door. We’re sorry this didn’t feel helpful to you at the time and you felt you needed to leave this negative review.
We’re always keen to work with customers to find practical solutions when issues arise. I am, therefore, pleased you have been back in touch again after leaving this review and remain open to continuing a constructive conversation to explore next steps together. What an amazing company (and I am definitely not a bot!!!)
We are over the moon to have discovered Rehome. We have found the kitchen of our dreams at a fifth of the price that we would have paid for one that we were being sold elsewhere. And it's better quality too! The staff at Rehome are absolutely lovely, from the guys who take the initial enquiries and follow them up to Siobhan who managed the process of buying and delivery, to the guys who arrived promptly and efficiently to unload and store our kitchen for us. We could not fault the whole process from start to finish. We cannot wait for our extension to be built and to be fitted out with our beautiful new-to-us kitchen. Thank you so much Rehome!

Good communication throughout - smooth sailing!
The booking process was simple and rehome were easy to contact throughout. Information was clear and the dismantling and storage on site was facilitated by a team of 4 from rehome who completed expediently within a morning, leaving the site ready for the next stage of our works. Collection by the customer was smooth sailing, once sold and again. the communication from rehome was quick concise and effective. Payment was received without hassle on time to nicely conclude our transaction.

Really great service. I sold my kitchen through Rehome, we did have to reduce the price due to the urgency to remove the kitchen. They arranged the whole process and removal, corresponding every step of the way.

Highly recommend ReHome
I was very nervous about buying an ex display kitchen but wanted a luxury kitchen I could afford. ReHome made the whole process smooth and reassuring, the manufacturer - Naked kitchens were fantastic and supplied extra bits that I needed for my layout. Delivery was on time and professional.
