After filling the refund form, they said that they had no control over a specific machine (lie, it's their machine).
I'm sure that if someone broke their machine after getting scammed by them, their response would be very different...

Bought a drink in mayday Hospital xray department. Paid with credit card and money was taken from my account but did not get my drink. Rang the number and assured me money won't be taken as pending. That was a lie as they have taken the money. Its inland with with my bank to recover the money. Never trust this company

Upgrade of machines needed
No issues at all with the company or service we receive just the machines are really old and receive lots of complaints from visitors about not getting the correct drink/snack or losing money which is bad due to these machines are the only facility for visitors so ideally needs to be updated.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
I simply cannot understand any negitive comments on here. had my machine a year now and every time I have called with any problem big or small they have dealt with it. I have to praise Kevin wood and Neil who are on hand even after hours. I call the office or messge these engineers direct. They are billiant. Polite and very very helpful. Will be 100% having another vend machine off these guys.

Excellent service
Just had a full site with machines installed. Brilliant service. From the communication with Michelle the BDM, to install, really respectful of the property, helped move old machines. The hot vend drinks machines look amazing and taste great. All happened in one day and seamless to the people on site other than the improved quality. Amazing company to deal with and we have a lot of machines!

Fantastic service and brilliant company to work with.
We have used Refreshment Systems for many years now and always had a good service. We have now just upgraded our drinks machine and added in a snack machine to offer our employees better and more choice. Jill looked after us really well giving us a good, competitive quote and visited us to talk through and look at the area we were planning on using for the new canteen. The new machines arrived on time and were up and running quickly and all the employees are now enjoying the new options they are now being offered. Thank you for such a good service.
