Discusting customer service

Discusting customer service, they have employees who are very rude and very disrespectful to their customers. This company is not worth buying from!! I am so dissapointed in this organisation. Do not purchase from them.

Have had 3 machines installed at 2 sites and the whole process was efficient and seamless. I found the company to be helpful and professional, especially Michelle Jordan, who spent time looking at options and helping decide which machines would suit our needs. Customer services are also brilliant, any queries I have had have been dealt with swiftly, and with an immediate response.

Bradford Royal Infirmary

This company is irresponsible, I used their vending machine in BRI on the 29/11/2024, paid cash because there was a display that I can pay with cash, inserted my coins which was insufficient, inserted note the machine swallowed it and the item I selected was not dispensed, neither did the vending machine vomit my money back. Total money swallowed was £10.90.
I called the company to explain what had happened, was informed to fill a form and explain the event that took place, which I did and sent it back and was confirmed by Tina. I even explained to them to check the camera if they feel I am not saying the truth.
Since 3rd of December 2024, I have been going back and forth on my money, and I only get the same response “I have forwarded your email to the account department”.
Up on till now I have still not receive my money, it is more than 2 months.
Their customer service is very poor.

Dear user, we're really sorry that this has happened. We are aware of an instruction in the software that states notes on the vending machine - but this is incorrect and there is no way other than in the coin slot to put notes. We're working on rectifying this, so it has a clearer instruction. I believe that we have refunded the lost monies, and we have put better processes in place to ensure this doesn't happen again. Huddersfield royal infirmary

Huddersfield royal infirmary. Bought a drink from the vending machine was supposed to be a latte. I have never tasted such a disgusting taste ever it was like dish water colour and tasted like a weak version of a coffee nothing like a latte and at £2 would rather of drank puddle water . I thought the machines were supposed to be managed.

New 3 group Coffee Machine,

Coffee machine

I had a lot of good information and advice which helped our committee make sure we could make a informed choice and purchase the right coffee machine for the area we wanted it for. Michelle got back to me promptly with response to queries and questions.The fitting was clean and efficient and helpful. Ensuring we were totally satisfied before he left and took only a morning to install. Patients and visitors are really pleased with the refreshments available.

We love everything about it!!

Friendly and quick assistance

Marie was incredibly quick in her response (minutes of sending my email) to my request for a refund after a machine failed to dispense my drink. She guided me through the process efficiently and was friendly throughout.
