The US government really need to investigate Redbubble for breaches of business and sales law, lack of transparency over charges and availability of funds and the fraudulent withholding of funds from sellers. DO NOT BUY from these crooks!

Les premières commandes (Auto collant Groland et un t shirt danse avec la mort)Sont bien arrivé par contre ma dernière commande (T-shirt couleur chiné groland navy)est coincé à la douane et me réclame 25 euro de taxe.
Je renvoi une preuve de payement de droit de douane avec une photo et on me répond que ce n'est pas suffisant comme preuve pour obtenir un remboursement.
Çà m'apprendra de commander hors union européenne, de plus si c'était réalisé par un artiste il y aurait une signature apposé sur le t shirt, 28 euro + 25 euro c'est cher le t shirt je ne connais pas la provenance mais si ça vient de Chine la ça devient une grosse arnaque.

Disgusting company.
Allowed other shops to steal my original artwork which I'd spent hundreds of hours creating, and when I reported these shops they closed MY account.
Now this seller AND redbubble are profiting from hundreds of hours of MY work which is still available on their gross site.

I didn't even receive an explanation despite me sending several emails, and proof that the designs were mine.
They owe me hundreds of pounds which they now will not pay as my account is closed.

This place is a hell hole for artists. You'll be made a victim and robbed blind.

RedBubble closes artists' accounts as a matter of principle and without justification. Caution!

My first order of 2 posters and both arrived in good time and in perfect condition from 2 different sellers.

Une autre commande : retour refusé, payant, à mes frais, alors que le t shirt est IMMONDE, décoloré, avec des défauts d'impression énormes. Preuves à l'appui. Le site ne fait qu'envoyer des messages automatiques ridicules et insanes, même sur le litige PAYPAL.

My account was closed without any explanation other than quoting their T&C. I appealed, wrote a detailed email, no answer since. I didn't break any rules and the whole priocess lacks everything that you expect from company you work together with as a partner.
Even if it turns out some bot made a mistake and they reinstate my account, I will delete all my designs and take my business elsewhere.
Especially as some corporate genious now introduced ridiculously high additional fees.
To be fair, their upload interface is the best in the market by far and the possibility to create collection is also nice. But that's all worthless if they lack the decency to even exlplain what, supposedly, was done wrong so that you can take action and correct a possible, unintentional mistake.

Redbubble has a fake reviews for every product, thousands of reviews are generated automatically for every items when the freelancer artists uploads their shabby works.. They also suspend the artist account without any justification after all the hard work... Fake products with bad work ethics. REMEMBER! The Lord will break the arm of the wicked. If you are a buyer at Redbubble just take the time to inquire about the situation.

I've waited for days in February for a pet blanket for coming on Feb 20th, but its still stuck on pending, so I talked to the Redbubble Team and they sent me a free replacement. And I'm pleased for the free replacement cause I wanted to get it for my kitten.

Condition of item good but quality very poor and you can’t get a refund, only vouchers. Waste of money and wouldn’t use again.

Absolutely dreadful experience, avoid using Redbubble at all costs.

I ordered a t-shirt at the start of November as a Christmas present. The shirt arrived within a week, and was of poor quality. The design on the t-shirt was patchy and washed out, and the colours had run badly in some places. I raised this with Redbubble, and they agreed to send me a replacement. This is still in November. It gets to halfway through December and there is still no sign of the replacement. I send another message to Redbubble, explaining how incredible I found it that I ordered a product at the start of November wouldn't be here for Christmas. They said that it was lost in the post and agreed to send a third one, but gave me an estimated due date of January 10th. Handy for a Christmas present ordered at the start of November.

On 27th December, the second t-shirt shows up, and the quality on this one is even worse than the first one. I sent Redbubble another email raising this, saying that I was fed up with the process and wanted a refund, and not to bother sending a replacement. They haven't gotten back to me since, and I'm assuming I'm out of pocket for it. They did however send me an email this week asking if I was satisfied with the service I'd received. To say I was fuming would be an understatement.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a T shirt from one of their vendors and rankles that can't review to warn others. The product was total kak and public feedback invitation only. A random process that lacks transparency. I wouldn't use the site again, and recommend you don't.

Order still hasn't arrived. Ordered Dec 7th, no tracking number.
Impossible to contact anyone, just lots of patronising, matey nonsense.

I ordered some Hertford College Oxford stickers in Nov 22 for a special occasion. I needed them before 17th Dec 22. Told 6th Dec delivery. Then 15th Dec delivery. Still not arrived. CANNOT get hold of a person or customer service. Just keep getting a stupid Auto Bot. Absolutely useless. NEVER AGAIN. I understand that things go wrong. But you should be able to get hold of someone to discuss things. Terrible service.

Ordering now with UK outside of union is expensive and doens't even include VAT. Ordered 15E bag and now have to pay addiitonal 25E customs... Unacceptable

Bought a t-shirt, quality was awful as the image is just blurred.
