Commandé un tshirt à 30 euros qui n'est jamais arrivé. Quand j'ai fait une réclamation, ils ont affirmé qu'il était arrivé. J'ai contacté la créatrice du tshirt Aidi Riera qui m'a renvoyé vers le site, sans succès donc, ni d'avoir un tshirt, ni d'etre remboursé. Je considere ce site comme une arnaque :(

It was the worst experience ever.
One order has not been delivered and support keeps silent (no tracking number, no status updates).
I have tried to order on another address but after I made payment I found that the site picked up my old address. I immediately submitted a ticket to change the address and then to cancel the order but it was ignored again.

Zero stars.

I absolutely love my new phone case! It's incredible! I love the design, the texture. It fits perfectly and it's exactly as I'd ordered! Delivery was a little late bit was definitely worth the wait. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased 4 designers mugs and only received a package with 3 inside. I have tried to make contact to complain and Redbubble only provide an automated service and none of the options allow me to make contact. This is a ridiculous service I have tried so many ways to make contact with no success. I have even tried to request assistance by entering my email and order number and all i get is this is not a recognized email or order number! Disgraceful after sales service, I an now in a position where I have paid over the top for 3 mugs when I should have received 4!!!!

Can I give them ZERO stars?

The customer service is horrendous. The quality of product is horrible.
My first order I didn’t receive. Did they ever send it or did it get lost? It took over two weeks for them to send a replacement order. That came and the stickers were all wrong. Every one. They were either not cut or the cuts were random and cut through designs or part of a cut next to a design.
Completely a waste of time and effort.

Also, So frustrating to deal with the customer service. Never again will I order from them.

Shambles. Ordered the correct size, (Large 61x61cm)they sent me an email with a different measurement for L (840mm) although this wasn't what was on their website. They then sent me the wrong size poster (an XL not L) and then said I was wrong. Made me send a photo with a measurement, then still said I was wrong... painful experience, tried to offer me a credit but eventually got a refund. Not recommended

100% They are scam.
Deleted my account without warning.
Charge 70% from my earning.
If you are a buyer , please don't buy form them.

I was selling my art on redbubble for more than 3 years. All my work was original. But recently they banned my account without giving any notice or explanation. And eat my hard earned $225. I request all artist don't sell on redbubble. One day they will eat your money.

Deleted years of work with no explanation or recourse. Dubious IP claims made by big business law departments with Redbubble choosing to favour certain artists who flagrantly breach copyright and then blanket delete others without notice. Uncontactable. Seemingly run by bots and no interest in customer service. Shirt quality is not good enough which your customer will never forgive. Invest time elsewhere.

Very deceitful business practices.

AWFUL customer service. Deal with a BOT or nothing at all. My order was wrong and damaged and they want to issue a VOUCHER. I will get my money back but why have to fight so hard for what is right? And if you are an "artist" selling items here, this reflects extremely poorly on you. Find another venue to sell.

A bit disappointed with this order - about £20 of stickers for my daughters’ cello and violin cases and I think there’s only 2 that are the stated size, rest are up to a cm smaller in at least one if not both directions. Printing quality on some also pretty poor (fuzzy). I’d not order from here again. It’s not hard to get sizes right.
“I should be practicing” should be “practising” and “go practice” should be “practise” for goodness sake!

Order was placed on November 29th for a Christmas present.Needless to say it didn't arrive by Christmas. As a matter of fact it never showed up. Oh the said it arrived Jan 14th at 445 but it didn't. I checked everyday and was home that day and no delivery was made. Total rip off do not use this company!!!!

I've ordered a few times and I can't complain design's are fantastic delivery time is great would definitely recommend. Prices can be high especially postage which could be cheaper but overall fantastic company.

There is no way to contact this company at all. They only have an online FAQ and a chat bot that is so simple minded it doesn't understand anything more complex than the simplest language. If your order is late you won't be able to contact them at all. You'll have no way of getting your money back either. Do not order anything from them or you risk losing your money.

Complete ripoff placed order for Gadolphin Baseball Cap £28.62 +postage total cost £31.61. Rebubble stated cap to come from America which I do not believe there was no evidence on package.also cap cheap China manufactured. They was no follow up from Rebubble to give comment or write a review to customer service.

Not worth the money spent. Over-priced t-shirts that's not good quality.
Also the image on the t-shirt I ordered is much darker than the picture on their website. Not nearly as vibrant. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

I did receive what I ordered and I did receive it within a reasonable timeframe. I had ordered a shirt with wording (writing) on it. The correct wording was on the shirt. But there was also some erroneous writing on the shirt that did not belong there. So the shirt is defective. I have asked for refund or replacement, but they won't reply to me. Merry frickin' Christmas - I am sure that my husband will love this defective gift!! Never again.

I was hesitant at first because of all the bad reviews and I didn’t get an update on my order for days BUT it arrived 1day earlier than expected via express shipping. The quality of the print is great! And the t-shirt itself is amazing! I rate this
