I worked as designer with this company for a few months thinking this would be a good opportunity to increase my income, however, the account management fees they take are based on monthly sales, I earned them an absolute fortune compared to the pittance they paid me. Avoid signing up with them, they will take as much from you as they can. An utter disgrace.

I purchased some leggings for my Granddaughter’s Christmas present. The quality is shocking with several failures in the stitching. On trying to return them they can’t find my email address and don’t recognise their own order number.
Trying to talk to a human being is impossible.The only phone number available is in Melbourne, Australia. No thanks.
This is the first and needless to say last time I will ever use Redbubble. The experience has cost me £40 gbp. A thoroughly unprofessional outfit when things go wrong.
Talking to Robots that just send you round in circles is in my opinion not good customer service.

I bought three graphic tees in the same order. The graphic printed on all three of them is flaking off. On two of them, the graphic after 8 months looks as if the shirt is 30 years old - 80% flaked off. The third shirt was hardly worn, so the graphic is mostly intact. However, it is noticeably beginning to flake off. Absolute garbage company for Graphic Tees. From my experience, you will most likely regret buying from Redbubble. I have older graphic tees from other companies, the graphics are holding strong.

This was my 1st time using Redbubble and my last. Shopping for xmas I saw item that I thought would be great that was to be delivered by Xmas. As christmas grew near, I became nervous not having received product.. I sent several emails and Facebook messages only to be flat out lied to that it would arrive by Christmas, Looking thru tracking I noticed they stated item was shipped and yet it wasn't picked up until 3 days later and on a Friday none the less. I'm very upset at Noone giving attention to detail or looking into it rather than lieing to my face. I even stated that in case they never heard of it 2 day priority mail is an option. They clearly knew before item left that it would not arrive on time and chose to do nothing. I haven't received item but I'm more than willing to bet quality will be as poor as they're low shipping standards. I wanted to return products given they didn't meet their end of the bargain and they respond with voucher. A voucher...really? You have shown zero interest in meeting customers needs and hopefully more and more customers will catch onto your scams

Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'un site français, absolument pas. Et je découvre aujourd'hui q'une partie de ma commande était supposée venir d'un vendeur en Australie (!) et l'autre au Canada... J'ai contacté à de multiples fois le site, jamais reçu la moindre réponse. Ce site est une arnaque totale. Je ne suis pas trop surpris d'ailleurs car ces t-shirts de soit disant "artistes" sont juste des flocages de motifs qu'on retrouve identiques sur d'autres sites du genre sous des noms d'artistes différents ( il n'y a aucun artiste derrière ces noms ) et souvent ce sont des motifs très connus protégée par des droits d'auteur.

I have been using redbubble for years and this is the first time I've had an issue. The item never arrived, and then support cancelled it and said it was being re despatched. When I click on the new order it says cancelled. Support have gone completely quiet. I have now had to raise it with my bank just to get my money back.

Printed long sleeve T-shirt. Printing was way off-center and not horizontal. Would not recommend and will not purchase from there again.

What was once a great platform of print on demand is now a scam, robbing its artists of their earnings. I've been on this platform as a designer since 2018; I have 1.3k designs. It is not Ai-generated stuff; it is all original. I was selling decently, but last year, RB introduced a new tier system. I was put in premium, which meant no fee. After 6 months, I was 'demoted' without reason or warnings, and now RB is retaining 62.5% of my artist margin. I never signed up for this, as I would never put my work on such a platform. Their behaviour is highly unethical and so far unaccounted for. I just wish them Kharma, and - since the stock prices plummeted - I see it's coming steadily. Lastly, print quality went out the drain: print used to be brilliant and solid and would really last wear, tear and wash. Forget it now. This is not the case anymore.

j'ai passé deux commandes le 29 septembre 2024 pour l'anniversaire de ma fille qui est le 13 octobre. Les délais de livraison étaient estimés au 8 octobre. Tout d'abord, je reçois un mail pour me dire qu'un sweat n'était plus produit, j'en commande donc un autre ( 3ème commande ) . A ce jour, le 22 octobre, aucun des colis n'a été livré, sur le site on me dit que certains colis ont été pris en charge par colissimo , or colissimo me dit que les colis ne leur ont pas encore été confiés ... et un autre article est toujours en cours de fabrication. Impossible de contacter qui que ce soit, ma fille n' pas eu ses cadeaux et j'ai perdu aux alentours de 80 euros. Site à fuir

Sent me faulty goods. Their website asks you to enter the order number and email address when attempting to process a return, but the website says it cannot find the order. There is only a chat bot, and no way to submit a support ticket. Total scam! Avoid!

J'achète pour la 1ère fois sur Redbubble. Je viens de recevoir ma commande pour l'anniversaire de ma fille de 13 ans : une affiche à 23 euros de son groupe de kpop préféré! Sur le délai de livraison et l'emballage = rien à redire c'est tout bon. Par contre elle ouvre l'affiche en se faisant une joie et là on est tellement déçues de la qualité de l'affiche! C'est honteux : la photo du groupe est pixelisée à fond, j'aurais pu la faire moi même avec mon imprimante pour un moindre coût! A ce prix là c'est inadmissible. N'achetez surtout pas de produits à la soi disant artiste indépendante kpop-noona : c'est de la pacotille, j'ai l'amère impression d'avoir été volée pour le cadeau de ma fille. Dégoutée! je n'achèterais plus sur Redbubble. Désolée

Have used REDBUBBLE many times over the years . Their products are great quality and always delivered promptly . REDBUBBLES customer service is one of the best I have experienced . You wont be disappointed

I'm a long time customer, and I always liked the quality of the products they sell.
However, my last order really disappointed me. I ordered 4 t-shirts and a hoodie, and first problem, it took more than a month to ship.
Then I realized the print quality was terrible for each item, it was sticky and very fragile, unlike my previous orders where the prints were excellent.
Additionnaly, one of the prints was partially erased during the first wash (and I know how to wash shirts like that).
Finally, I tried to complain about it but the customer service is a chat bot, that's it, there is nothing else on their website, not even a way to contact a real person.
I eventually found an email for customer support on ANOTHER website, I emailed them a month ago to complain and I still have no response.
Redbubble have known better days and the product quality is not anywhere near what it was before.

I saw I'm not the only one complaining about this issue so avoid Redbubble until they fix the issue their product quality.

Redbubble is an absolute nightmare! Scammers, plain and simple! The product quality is beyond disappointing—cheap materials, terrible print quality, and the colors are nothing like what you see online. I ordered a shirt that faded after one wash and a phone case that cracked within a week. And don’t even get me started on the sizing; it’s all over the place.

Customer service? Non-existent! It feels like talking to a wall—automated responses or clueless reps who couldn’t care less about resolving issues. It’s like they’re trained to frustrate you until you give up.

And what’s worse? They’re ripping off the very artists they claim to support. Artists barely make anything from their sales, while Redbubble pockets most of the profit. It’s disgusting to think they’re profiting from the hard work of creatives while delivering garbage to customers.

Shipping takes forever, and when it finally arrives, you might as well brace yourself for disappointment. Half the time, items are damaged or don’t match the description at all.

Avoid Redbubble like the plague! Save your money, and support artists elsewhere—places that actually care about quality and customer satisfaction. Redbubble is nothing but a scammy, soulless company looking to make a quick buck at everyone else’s expense.

T-Shirt was delivered to some random house that isn't anywhere near mine, and they only have a bot on chat support which just spits unhelpful stock answers. I had a feeling ordering from here was a mistake, and I was right. Lesson learned.

I ordered a sticker "I'm a Swiftie" for my classic car a few weeks ago just for fun. Nothing has arrived yet and there has been no response to my enquiry with all the data I had from the order.

It's only about 6 EUR, so "sh..." on it, but I now get adverts from the association every day.
So far they haven't gone to spam because I'm still hoping for a response, but I have little hope that anything will happen.

So: a purchase warning is hereby issued. :-)
