Its a scam for your time, let me tell you something, i opened an account in than proceed to uploaded like 30 plus items, all my own paintings, all by my hand, no previous account, in short down wast your time with this platform, it has no proof and will accuse you when they want, your account is riskier to get bannad than doing funny thing in north korea, and the accuse me for the following;

I ordered three 100% cotton t-shirts. Only two are 100% cotton. Wrote to Redbubble explained the mistake. No reply. I'm out over $40.

J’ai commandé il y a une dizaine de jours , une affiche ( reproduction du chat aux poissons rouges de Matisse ). Il est arrive rapidement et l’affiche est de très bonne qualité . Très satisfaite.

Je pensais recevoir 2 fois 15 autocollants à la dimension de 6,7cm x 9,7cm chacun comme indiqué dans l'offre de ce vendeur...
Et en fait, j'ai reçu 2 SEULS AUTOCOLLANTS de 6,7cm x 9,7cm à l'intérieur desquels le sujet que j'avais choisi était répliqué quinze fois, mais EN MINIATURES .
Donc, pour résumer, au lieu des 30 autocollants escomptés dans la dimension détaillée ci-dessus, j'ai reçus 30 MINIS autocollants de 1,5cm x 1,2cm !
Je ne peux RIEN FAIRE avec ces "CHOSES RIDICULES" !

Redbubble is a SCAM. I paid 40€ for some stickers. Never came. Communication with them basically not exist

They steal money. I was selling on Redbubble and they make my account inactive so I wanted my money . It's over 5 months and they don't reply. I found there is thousands people like me: Redbubble makes money thru stealing money from they sellers. I asked them to close my account and they do not give f.. about it.

have just bought a card with Redbubble but realised I needed to check there will be a spare envelope because it's for a birthday. I cannot for the life of me contact them to check this! Every question/query is a drop down pre worded question and not applicable! GRRRR

Just a heads-up: Based on my personal experience, Redbubble’s return options appear to be limited to exchanges or store credit rather than refunds to the original payment method. If that works for you, great—but it’s worth knowing before you buy, especially since many other retailers offer full refunds in this day and age.

I had purchased from Redbubble once a few years ago without any issues, but I never needed to make a return, so I wasn’t familiar with their policy. This time, when I went to initiate a return online, I was surprised to see that the only options were an exchange or store credit—neither of which I wanted.

I initially went to Trustpilot to leave a review about my experience, and while there, I noticed that I wasn’t the only one who was caught off guard by this policy or had issues with it. In hindsight, I should have checked the return policy before purchasing, but I didn’t expect this to be a concern.

Personally, I find this return policy to be outdated, especially in this day and age when most retailers offer refunds. I would have preferred a refund option, particularly when the item didn’t meet my expectations. Lesson learned!

Terrible customer service, wanted something really unusual as a gift, big mistake I have been waiting 4 weeks for a delivery, asked for money back no joy as for trying to contact the company forget it, I had to do it through Facebook..

They will profit from your design but won’t pay you. They already take a commission from your design when it's sold, and now they will charge you $3 per month. They've also limited your payout to $20, which means if your designs are only earning $3 a month, that amount will go entirely to them, on top of the commission they're already taking. It's greedy and ruthless towards small designers.

I just recently signed up and started uploading my own art, and completing the task that they said I had to do before I could sell my art. I was trying to update my payment info (which is one of the things you need you to do if you want to get paid), and every time I tried they would send me an error message. I tried another one of my accounts and bam!!! after everything seemed good to go, they suspended my account. The part that really irritates me is they never tell you why your account is suspended, so you don't get a chance to rectify the problem. I'm sure they suspected fraudulent activity but they couldn't even be bothered to tell me that in the email they sent me. If they had real people instead of bots working in their customer service support I am sure the issue could have been resolved quickly, but no. I forgot to mention that even if you appeal the suspension the process could take up to weeks before you get a response, and that's if they look at your appeal in the first place. Don't waste your time with this site.

The overall quality of their products is good,the greatest problem is the customer service and the extraordinary delay of delivering,plus the shipping cost which is separated for each item you choose,this should be fixed in my opinion.

Started to upload my orginal artwork (ALL ORGINAL) and then got suspended. Appealed they declined.. no specifics were given just (it may be this or that).

Had been with Redbubble for years. I still have some of their earlier T shirts, the prints still good even after 15 plus years but of late the quality has gone. A recent T shirt completely lost its print after just a few weeks. What really bothered me though was when they started asking for more money from their artists if they were not generating enough business, a truly shameful experience and one that proved without a doubt in my mind that a once good and ethical company now only cared about profit. The terrible score RB has on trust Pilot really says it better than I can. A real shame. I deleted my account.

J'ai commandé deux mugs le 23 décembre, un seul est arrivé. Malgré mes relances, aucune réponse. Vous qui passez par ici, fuyez ce site!

Première commande reçue dans les temps et conforme. Seconde commande non reçue. Pas de nouvelle du vendeur. Heureusement PayPal se charge du remboursement. C'est fini pour moi avec ce site.
