DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!! - I rented a Mercedes E class from them and they gave me a faulty vehicle that had nothing but problems. For 1 week the car was unusable because of a horrible loud noise coming from the front breaks. And they didn’t have another car to give me like they said they would have. The car had worn out breaks, worn out window wipers, a broken boot lid, broken lights inside the vehicle. And I was paying a premium price of £350 per week for this. They then refused to compensate me for the weeks rent, Even though they took the car back before the minimum rental period, as they knew the car was not in working condition. (Them taking it back is an admission that the vehicle wasn’t up to standards) - When I returned the vehicle they tried to pretend the car was fine until they knew they couldn’t, as there own muchanic had to admit it wasn’t suitable for executive trips! Once they knew they couldn’t scam me They ran inside the building as they didn’t have a leg to stand on. And they didn’t come out again. Then they took over 6 weeks to return my deposit and I had to keep emailing and calling to get my money back!!! This company as a whole dealt with me in an astonishingly bad fashion. And now they keep trying everything they can do to get this review taken down… they have replied saying they will give me a call but they have not called me and they only did that as a tactic to get this review removed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS They are absolute complete scam artists. Everyone I have spoken to has also been ripped of by these wronguns. I wish someone had warned me. I have spoken to many many other drivers who have had very similar problems like this with this company and these people. Dishonest unethical horrible company. DO NOT TRUST !!!!

Amazing rental company. I've hired previously to now and Rapid do not let you down. I had a vehicle issue and Rapid was more then happy to resolve the issue when the problem was not rectified they immediately changed my car for me to keep me working and earning and I've just picked up the original vehicle after repair. All the team are friendly and approachable and I would completely recommend Rapid if you are looking for a pco rental

This company is a joke! Rapid repair.. if you want to wait 10 weeks + and then when they turn up, say they can't do it! Why not send someone in the beginning. Instead relying on photos! There is nothing rapid about these guys! Also lie too, giving false hope, and now I'm down £250 because of there shoddy management! Avoid if I were you!

I have rented a Mercedes e class, firstly the company will put prices higher then what they have on the website, and vehicle are in very bad condition, also they will never service the car or offer help to book an appointment to service the vehicle! All they care about is taking your money! Very unhelpful and unprofessional team. Would never recommend to anyone I know. Absolutely very bad experience that will never use their very poor services ever again!
