How these clowns are are in business beggers belief. They wander around the airport testing area without masks, coughing and spluttering over everyone, thats the staff, not customers. They are outwardly racist, rude, aggressive, unhelpful and dismissive. They should be shut down. Someone is clearly on the take for these to still be allowed to operate.

More then 24H to get the results for a pcr test to take the fly. We received our results 28h later. So all of family couldn’t travel at the time. Lost our tickets, late to back to work, a lot of extra costs

Have an issue with the fit to fly test somehow it has a password in my passport number section, not sure how it has accepted letters into this section as clearly that is impossible for a passport number. Totally unable to get any customer service representative to help change. In circular answer phone limbo hell. Avoid this company !!

Terrible customer survive. Tried to get a refund for a test I could not longer make the appointment for. Emailed with a weeks notice to cancel and claim the refund but nothing back from them after 5 emails!

So i get 1 result through but not the other 2... i got email saying if i send urn numbers they will look into it then straight away they send another email saying the enquirey has been completed and closed??? What... just coz they asked me to give urn numbers they think that is a closed enquiry before i had a chance to send the numbers? Well i have now sent them via reply to 1st email and have to wait and see if they get it..bit odd seeing as they have my order number and address order went to to surely they have a record of the urn numbers they sent me in 1st place anyway..

We bought the PCR tests, did the tests at home, completed the online registration, posted the samples inn a Randox collection box in our chemist. One week later....no results... I have emailed them, automatic reply, as they are EXTREMELY BUSY....So, tried to telephone but couldn't get an answer, just another way to stop me from complaining!!!. This company is a RIPOFF. DO NOT USE THEM. We are attempting a refund through our credit card company, but not holding our breaths.... He warned. Not fit for purpose.

I write a review on this company 24 hours ago stating how bad they are in all departments from sales and also customer service as I’m waiting for test results from October and for a refund from them from November for a lateral flow test, and how amazing they reply to my TRUSTPILOT review within 24 hours. I can not contact this company in any shape or form and they simply ignore my emails to numerous email addresses regarding my complaint, and yet they reply to TRUSTPILOT within 24 hours. I have now handed my concerns and complaint to my credit card company to get me my refund. Once again I do hope government departments will look at this company very soon for their inept trading standards. This is disgusting how they are treating their customers.

Madalena, the best human ever!
I am a *very* anxious person when flying. And adding Covid to my anxiety it’s usually quite chaotic…
When I arrived at stansted airport to do my test on Friday I was on the verge of having a massive panic attack, but for my luck Madalena was there!
She walked me through the whole testing process, she explained everything I had to do in terms of online registration, when I would receive the certificate, everything. Madalena even explained to me the times of the check-in bags and where I could go.
The colleague that performed my test was super quick and super careful - no pain are all!
And after my test Madalena was extremely kind and helped me with my bags. Honestly Madalena was beyond helpful, she was an absolute Christmas Miracle!
If her managers are reading this: she is your best worker! Give her a raise!

This company has been impossible to contact for queries There is a web form ito compete but no response This suggests that they are totally unrrelable. My request for a cancellation refund has been ignored. They are related to Randox Health so this review must equally apply to them
Day 2 PCR tests worked seemlessly
Day 2 PCR tests (2) ordered and arrived next day. Day of return did tests and dropped off 2.30pm (8 miles away). Email received 2.30am next morning to advise received at laboratory. Email result (negative) received 0930 same day. Pretty seemless, but I was lucky(?) there were no problems and had reasonably close dropoff.

I was reluctant to use Randox because of their association with dodgy government contracts/Owen Patterson etc. But needed rapid turn round test as only going to be in U.K. for a few days. Unfortunately couldn’t use Collinson for this as they don’t seem to do the test which Govt was requiring in these circs. Great shame as I’ve had a good experience with them in the past. So I overcame my distaste for Randox and booked test at Manchester airport. I then needed to cancel as unable to travel. I emailed my cancellation and used their contact form well within the cancellation period allowed for full refund but have had absolutely no reply. No ability to contact by phone either. Crap service from crap company and will have to use chargeback with bank to get my money back. This confirms all my suspicions about this company
Ordered a 2 day test
Ordered a 2 day test. The invoice stated a had purchased a pre travel test. Same kit same price, however no ref number for uk locator form.. numerous emails later only one answered could not get through on phone.
They stated I would have to buy another test to obtain the number. No number was provided but I was able to get home. I took the test, registered it, all on Saturday. Put it in drop box but still its Wednesday no result either positive or negative. They are not answering my messages.
They made a mistake ,would not admit it or rectify it. No customer service whatsoever.
Quick and easy no problems
Ordered day 2 PCR test on friday whilst away abroad got booking ref for plf almost immediately. Kit arrived on monday took test dropped off at collection box then got email next morning saying it had been received in the lab and being tested and got results by lunchtime. Perfect went smoothly and simple to register on web site excellent service. I can only imagine the people leaving poor reviews were either unlucky ( things do go wrong in life-how you respond and react maketh the man) or they are intellectually challenged.

Took test on Saturday morning after…
Took test on Saturday morning after flight back last Friday and took to a drop box 30 mins drive away in Wye which I was told would be collected at 11.45 (dropped samples off at 11am). The pharmacist confirmed the collection was still to be done. Monday evening at 9pm and not even an acknowledgment that our samples had been received! Have tried to call repeatedly - nobody answers the (unhelpful) help line and have sent an email enquiry and no reply to that either! Chose Randox over Boots due to assurance of quick results. Finally, we received an email at 3am Tuesday morning and had test results by 1pm on Tuesday. So, upon receipt of the sample, the service was quick but feel misled on time for turnaround over weekend so, if you need a quick turnaround like we did for a planned event which we then had to miss, be wary of using this service over the weekend!

total chaos at Stansted walkin today. I had booked a timed slot and over 100 people were queuing, it was total chaos and no Randox representative was giving any guidance at all. Tried calling customer service and they put you on hold then drop the line. There seems to be no way to contact customer service or rebook or even complain to improve service

Total shambles at Stansted Airport, despite having booked a PCR day 2 walk through there were literally hundreds of people queueing for hours with no idea what the process was. Total chaos and scenes Randox should be embarrassed to see. No one had a clue what was going on and some poor rep in a window had no idea how to field. I’ve left and will need to now call customer service to fix. This was a total joke ripoff charging returning travellers.
