1.30 hours wait in the rain
1.30 hours wait. My appointment was 5.30pm. I was seen at 7pm on a rainy Sunday December evening after queuing outside. The staff (young kids but very nice and clearly upset and stressed) we’re doing their best and completely overwhelmed, because a greedy company overbooks and takes advantage of people when they have no choice to go elsewhere. Poor service Randox! Apparently this happens all the time. Be ashamed!

Ordered my 2 day test; submitted card payment &, almost simultaneously, Randox site said card was declined as HSBC said my account was debited. So I’ve paid for a test Randox won’t provide!

Test kit delivered was not useable...
I ordered my Day 2 lateral flow test online and it was delivered to my address before I arrived. All good up to this point.
On Day 2 I opened up the test kit and it had no liquid for dipping the swab. I tried calling them immediately but their offices were closed as it was weekend. I sent an email to which I got an immediate auto response and nothing after that.... Today is day 11 from the day I sent them an email.
I missed my Day 2 test because of them, and I might face penalty which will be all due to them. I have contacted relevant authorities and I will make sure my voice is heard.
1st time using PCR
Had my PCR test appointment at the Randox London site and was impressed with the social distancing still being implemented. Check in at the reception was simple and straightforward. I was then seen by a practitioner named Gary and he made my experience much more calm as he was friendly and answered all my concerns/queries. Although the location is not convenient at all, the service provided was exceptional (so a big thank you to you Gary)!

Failed to send Order Reference Number required for PLF. Flying the next day so called customer support for over an hour from central Amemica and emailed...No response.
Had to purchase another.......contacted Randox on my return, total waist of time.

incompetent and dodgy
They send a parcel with the PCR tests without my name on it. Afterwards they refused to send me an invoice, which I needed to reimburse the money from my employer. When I asked why whey don't hand out invoiced, they stopped replying to my mails.

I have scheduled an in-clinic test before flying. I went to the location near Waterloo station and was warmly welcomed by the enthusiastic staff! Elisa deserves a special mention as she made me feel extra happy. My result came out within 2 hours! I couldn’t be any happier.

1* as 0 not available. Test kit arrived and instructions were to place in a drop box......nearly 100miles away! Randox were happy to send the test to my postcode well aware that it would be impractical and unethical to send me 200miles round trip.
6 months after convincing Royal mail to accept the test via tracked parcel service (which i paid for) we find we have still not received results. 6 calls (monthly) since the purchase, every time we are told and emailed to say our case is being escalated and we will receive contact within 48hrs. NEVER ONCE received any communication from Randox in response. (lengthy email trail to prove it). I feel there is no intention by Randox to respond and the 'service' has felt more like a Scam.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, arrogant, abrasive and borderline aggressive. Hung up when I responded in kind. Spend your money elsewhere.
