UPDATE: Day 12 with no internet from Rain. Still nothing.
Ref: 50478926. My original complaint was 7 days ago - it's now been 12 days total with zero connectivity, and Rain still cannot give me a timeline, a real explanation, or a resolution. I run a home office, so this isn't an inconvenience, it's an ongoing hit to my income and my ability to work.
Since my last post: still the same script every time I call - reset the router, switch bands, "we'll escalate," "we'll get back to you." Nobody ever does. No compensation offered. No named person taking ownership of this case.
12 days. No internet. No answers. No accountability.
If you're considering Rain for a service you actually depend on, this is what you risk. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Horrible planning and bad service
Received an SMS regarding my delivery. Told me my delivery will be made today and never arrived when phoning them they told me Rain never send my parcel to CCD couriers. When talking to Rain they told me CCD received my order . After talking to CCD again they told me they did not have the skin that I ordered. This is costing me Money and time of work. I have never received service like this in my life. Think twice before calling them aswell because they will hang up the phone while talking to them
