Haven't even received the radiator i…

Haven't even received the radiator i ordered 2 months ago. I ordered due to emailing them and being told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. No delivery. I contacted them and they said it was delayed but it had been dispatched that day and it would be with me in 2 days. No delivery. They then said the radiator was out of stock with the supplier and they didn't know when it would be back in stock so I could order a different size. Its been 10 days now and not heard anything.

They just keep on lying, meanwhile I am without a radiator in one room over winter!!

Wish I had ordered from elsewhere, which was actually cheaper but had a longer lead time, at least I would have my radiator.
Do not order from them. Will be chasing my money back.

Efficient service, great products

I bought two towel rails for my new build cottage. I needed help choosing the correct type, and Sarah was very helpful. I was impressed by the product range, the speed of delivery, product quality, and value for money. Due to this, plus Sarah's efficient service, I would definitely shop here again.

Would give no stars if it gave me the…

Would give no stars if it gave me the option! Terrible company! Delivery driver lied, said he hadn’t been able to contact the number given but I spoke to him and he was rude and unhelpful at all! Then got told an extortionate redelivery fee would be incurred as they couldn’t contact us for the original delivery! Tracking details were not clear at all as they use the cheapest company nobody have heard of! Item was not liked or wanted so returned and then incurred another extortionate charge of 20% of the item price! Disgusted!

Really struggling with this company

Ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. I have received part of my order damaged and part with an incorrect finish. I have contact them and they are slow to respond. They have not offered a resolution dispite photos being sent. After many attemps (over 15 calls) I spoke to a manager. She assured me that she would handle my case and emails me...no email received. (I've checked junk) I emailed on Tuesday (now Friday) chasing and providing extra photos. I've not received a response. Ive tried calling this afternoon. After 12 attemps I was enable to get through. I'm really frustrated.

Awful experience with this company. BEWARE.

Not a good experience with these guys at all.

Bought a Reina radiator from them, builders had to open package to check and in doing so the packaging tore a bit, as builders can be heavy handed. Anyway, Radiator was untouched, still in its packaging and the company refused to return my item which was within 14 days.

I bought this item online too.

They refused plenty of times and this is actually illegal practice according to trading standards when buying items online.

To finish it off, they cheekily sell you radiator brackets as an add on, but they forget to tell you that the radiators come with brackets already.

I'm struggling to understand how they are getting 4.3 score on Trust Pilot.

I hope this review at least puts one person off buying from them.

Not a nice company at all. They'll probably reply to say "we care, we contact us blah blah" just to save face on the review.

Broken item and no customer support

I bought and electrically heated towel rail costing over £450 which arrived with the heating element and timer in a separate bag. The connections on the element were bent and broken so I immediately contacted the company which was difficult as phone lines were down and online chat was not working. I therefore emailed with photos and after a couple of days I was advised a replacement element was being sent.
This element was packed in the same way and again damaged rendering it useless. I again tried contacting the company by email, online chat and phone with no success. I'm unable to install the towel rail due to the broken elements and unable to contact them to arrange to get a further replacement element or return the radiator.
I guess the next step is to contact my credit card company to arrange a refund due to defective goods and failing to remedy the situation.

Goods damaged on arrival……

The delivery was quick and the product was the perfect size. Unfortunately the product arrived damaged. This may not have been the fault of the seller but it was a huge disappointment. The towel rail had been ordered as a replacement for one that was too big. We were under a tight deadline to get this bathroom completed so there was no time to request a replacement. The packaging was undamaged so no idea how it’s arrived with two dents in it?

I had some technical questions that I needed answering before I could order and Sarah answered these quickly. I then went on to order and received updates on progress before it was delivered all well packed and correct. Towel rail

We needed a heated towel rail and valves for a bathroom renovation. The phone calls needed for advice on the correct specifications and then the pertinent items, were informative and helpful.

The website made ordering straightforward and delivery was prompt. Sarah handled our particular order and we're grateful for her professionalism.
