Very friendly polite tech who came out to me. Was professional and efficient through out the job, even when he discovered that he had been supplied with the wrong part he was able to go off and collect the correct part from a local supplier and it only prolonged the job by about 15 mins.
Over all i am very pleased and will be using RAC mobile mechanics again and i recommend you do to.
Only improvement i can think of is that a track your mechanic feature would be useful so you can know a more accurate arrival time.

We ran into difficulties due to an oil filler cap disintegrating. The mechanic made wise decisions, was very resourceful and perseverant and gave me good advice. A nice friendly straightforward knowledgable bloke.

Lee, 8467, left a message the previous day to give me an estimated ETA. He then messaged when he was on his way. Carried out the job professionally.

Great service as expected. Away on holiday and brakes made an awful noise. Called RAC on the Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait too long. A really friendly and helpful young lad (Charlie) came and found the issue. I then had to have an RAC service mechanic (Joel) to come today (Tuesday). I can’t believe how quickly and promptly the whole job was done. Totally satisfied.

Overpriced battery, unless you are computer savvy and good at reading small print. I can’t fault the mechanics, Mahdi 1189 and Daniel 8833 were fabulous! Saahil Khan was so helpful and supportive on the phone, without him calming me down, after waiting all day and finally getting my replacement battery at 6pm I think I would have made a fat complaint. RAC, Your frontline staff saved the day and really need to be rewarded.

Reported battery fault. Within the hour the 1st RAC technician confirmed battery fault on arrival. Shortly after, the mobile technician arrived with new correct battery & installed within 10 minutes! All sorted, relieved & completely happy with the result. Glad I had Homestart cover
