I cancelled my subscription today, this was for a few reasons:
I watched one of the delivery guys literally throw (no not drop but like throw it into the ground! It would have been less effort to just drop it!) my meal box at the ground one time. He didn't know I was there because I had just arrived home and watched him do it, when he saw me he just sheepishly nodded and walked off. A bunch of my fresh produce was squashed.
Every week at least one of the recipes were missing ingredients or fresh ingredients went off before the week was over.
Their customer service is not very good, they offer no help and honestly if they are competing with the big retailers they have to do better. Like I was missing a whole meat portion from one meal making all the rest of the ingredients effectively useless (it was a curry) and they more or less shrugged their shoulders until I forced them to act on it, offering me $10 credit on my next order, mind you the meal would have cost about $40. I ended up going and buying ingredients so it wouldn't go to waste, but it's totally invalidating the experience. The whole point is, you have everything you need and you don't have to go to the shops.
There is no "app" which seems ludicrous in this day and age. It would be fine but the website is weirdly vague and hard to navigate. I thought I had updated things a few times and apparently it didn't go through.
I'm also suspicious that my meals were "downgraded" after I cancelled my subscription to the obviously cheaper vegetarian options, this may have been my own mistake (I really don't think so, it's not the default meal and it I wouldn't have picked it) but customer service were not willing to do anything to fix this or change it, this was 4 days before the delivery date.
Delivery schedule is also completely cooked in my area, they just gave me a "day" and it wasn't even consistent. I would have had to cancel in summer because there is no way I could have left the meals out if it was hot.
I will say the meals are better than hello fresh, and the overall quality of their produce is also much better. But it doesn't matter because all the little things surrounding the experience suck.

Food is good! Some lovely recipes and many I would cook for myself, but delivery is abysmal and customer service even worse. Thinking of cancelling because of these two matters.

Almost all the recipes I've tried have been easy and tasty. Quantity & quality of food has been good. There was a major ingredient missed once but customer service sorted it out without hassles.

I switched to QuiteLike from a competitor. It’s been 7 weeks now and every single week there have been ingredient items missing. At first I thought it was a once off, but it’s been consistent each week. I wouldn’t recommend QuiteLike and I’ll be looking elsewhere as a result

Honestly, have tried these types of services before and it’s always small portions and inconsistent quality. Quitelike has now become a household staple in our very busy weeks. The food quality is always high, the portions are great (we get 4 servings for two people and it covers lunches) and it’s brought back fun in cooking again. We’re extremely busy professionals and it’s been nice to think less and cook more delicious meals.
Also, we get very bored of the same thing, and for the last 5 weeks they have had all different menus and meals for the week which has been AMAZING!!! We can’t wait for our favourites from week 1 to roll around.
I genuinely love QuiteLike’s recipes — they’re fresh, delicious, and make my life as a full-time working single mum so much easier... when they actually arrive. But that’s the problem. For two weeks in a row, my deliveries have either been “damaged” or falsely marked as “no access to property” — both times right before dinner, and with no attempt to contact me. No knock, no call, nothing.
This week, I'm now on day 3 of waiting, with no clear update and no reply from support despite multiple emails and chat messages. My delivery window keeps getting pushed back later — now after 8pm — which is completely unworkable for families with kids.
It’s been stressful, expensive, and disappointing. What’s worse is the silence from customer service. When everything works, QuiteLike is brilliant — but the moment something goes wrong, you’re on your own. That’s not acceptable for a subscription food service.
If QuiteLike fixes its courier system and customer support response times, I’d stay forever. But right now, I can’t recommend it.

As a first time user of this company after trying all the others I'm very disappointed ☹️ our box arrived this morning and the delivery person didn't even knock they just dumped on the doormat and left. Only when I receive the text did I know it had been delivered.
On opening the box I couldn't check everything as I was running out the door on the school run but the cool stuff bag was wide open under the 5 other bags of ingredients weight on top of it the sour cream was all smashed open so everything had to be rinsed off not great when I'm about to leave the house.
Then getting further into the bag the bechamel sauce packet has also split covering the rest of the ingredients.
When I got home I wanted to check the other pre packed bags to find more missing ingredients and the portion sizes of protein for a family of 4 is ridiculous it wouldn't even fill my two teens let alone us as well.
So basically they are exactly the same as the other meal kit suppliers and absolute rip off avoid at all cost and the customer service is just as bad as I'm still waiting for a response almost an hour on

We had endless delivery issues with QuiteLike. They refuse to deliver the box to our front door, despite the fact that the resident is blind and cannot carry the heavy box all the way from the street or the upper driveway. We live in a townhouse, not a unit, yet the issue could not be resolved after many complaints. Our advice: do not sign up for this company if you are disabled, have small children, are elderly, or cannot lift heavy items. The recipes are good, but the delivery problems, missed orders, wrong or spilled ingredients, and lack of resolution will leave you very frustrated.

False Advertising! This is all around disgusting. First, the food is delivered in a cardboard box, not a polystyrene box. There are tinned and plastic wrapped foods and condiments. The so called fresh vegetables are soft, wilted and brown. Ginger is hard and brown, like a piece of wood. The meat looks brown/off and not edible. Also, the steak the recipe calls for is CHUCK steak! GROSS! Chicken has fat and blood vessels left on it. That's only a part of the issues I have with this company.
I emailed over 24hrs ago to request my next order to be cancelled and a full refund. I haven't received a reply and I can't see the refund in my account.
The current delivery is in the bin! What a waste of my hard earned money! And because they've taken the money out of my account for the next delivery, that I want a refund for, I don't have enough to do a proper shop, so I'm living off eggs and bread this week.
Be ware, I fear this is a money making business only and they DO NOT deliver fresh, good quality food.
EDIT: Please check your emails! Please have the courtesy to reply to your emails. I am due a refund of almost $200, money I can't afford to throw way.

The quality of the ingredients and recipies has been good. The portion size is large and I need to split a serves 2 into a serves 3 or even 4. It took a few deliveries to have the hang of not ordering meals too similar to each other!
I think the value is good.
The best by dates are not always long enough on items like the salad leaves or baby spinach - one week all my meals had some ingredient with a best by date in 3 days time.
Delivery has been underwhelming with boxes not delivered to my front door but dumped at the top of the stairs - last week upside down!
Confirming delivery 8 days out seems a long way out but I think this is similar to other services, would be nicer to do this 3-4 days out.
I would also love a more detailed filter to be able to remove recipies with a specific ingredient - again haven't found a service who do this and surely it's not hard!

Best quality produce and meat we have had from a meal service (and we have trialled a few similar brands!!). Meat is always tender and of great quality. Will be sticking with Quite Like from here on.

The food is mostly fresh but I have had deliveries where the chicken is questionable and has a funky smell, even if I’m using it straight away. There is a lot of full fat ingredients - chicken thigh meat, cream, white rice, brioche, etc, so we’ve actually put on weight which I’m not okay with! We have had missing ingredient cards, ingredient cards with incorrect and conflicting ingredients (the list on the side saying one type of spice, but the method saying to use a different one) and whilst the food usually tastes great, I think we’ll stop using it because I don’t like that I’ve put on weight after starting this.

Really enjoying the generous portion size and variety of meals. In our first couple of boxes the meat expiry date was close to used by and I didn’t realise so was not able to make one meal. I now check them closely to ensure I used them depending on what meat is expiring first. Only the other negatives is this is our third box where we’ve received one incorrect recipe card. While it’s not a complete dealbreaker, incredibly annoying having to logon to the website and find the recipe for the ingredients that’s been supplied.

We like the variety of recipes. We like the quality of the food. We like the portions. There are no premium recipes, they're all generally high quality. I like that we haven't been asked to use tacos in place of other types of bread and there's not too much spinach to stir through and wilt at the end of a recipe.
