Yummy and convenient
I have tried other meal boxes in the past, which haven’t stuck. But my family loves QuiteLike. Delicious healthy food, relatively easy to cook, varied menu, easy-to-use website with easy ways to pause/change your subscription. Really making life easier for us.

Dont do it!
What a shame, quitelike has nice food options but the customer service is crap! The people who pack the food always get the orders wrong and miss meals. Customer service is only contactable via email and not by phone. They leave the box at the front door smashed and the meat and poultry smell slightly funky. I am just so so annoyed and dissapointed. Back to hello fresh for us!

So far it’s been ok
So far it’s been ok. The food and menu selection has been excellent. Your delivery service isn’t that great however. Wrong address delivery resulting in a missing box. Punctured boxes leaving food vulnerable to the environment, and boxes being dropped damaging ingredients. If these problems can get sorted then I will re review. Prices are reasonable too.

Recipes and convenience is great but seeking some higher quality protein choices
Recipes and convenience is great. There are a lot of mince beef and chicken breast recipes though. Family is pushing back and forcing reduction on the number of meals we order because of the quality of the protein. Are there some additional steak options. Happy to pay a little more for some higher quality protein. Flavours and recipes are excellent.

The food and recipes are delicious
The food and recipes are delicious. As an older couple who have spent years in the kitchen feeding a growing family, having these deliveries feels like a reward for years of hard work! They’re easy to follow, save us money on weekly food bills and there’s no wasted food. I would love it if the veges were organic but happy they’re local and the chicken is free range. Would highly recommend. (Also wish there was a phone number to call but have to say their email response time isn’t too bad).

They used to be good
I consider this a premium brand, because I'm paying a premium price. And Quitelike were really good... at first. But it's clear that they've either grown too big too fast or started to cut corners to remain competitive, as in the last 3 months their service has gone down drastically, and I've never been more disappointed with a food delivery company.
It started with their beef meals being replaced with beef mince meals. OK, I don't mind that as long as the recipes are good, and they were. But then I got a few deliveries with bad food (beans with white stuff coming out of them, wilted veggies). Then a few deliveries with missing ingredients. Then a few late deliveries.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt each and every time. I wanted to support an Australian team. I kept overlooking the fact I was getting much worse service than any other meal box. But at the price I've paid it's just not good enough.

QuiteLike it…
Having previously tried another meal delivery service, QuiteLike is a welcome change for the better.
Their recipes are simple and easy to follow making delicious meals a snap. We have even saved some of the recipe cards to make again!
The ingredients are fresh and include known brands of canned goods and dairy products.
Any minor issues I’ve had with regard to the missing ingredient have been resolved quickly by the customer service team.
I have no hesitation in recommending QuiteLike

Gave it a go, and was disappointed
We encountered a series of problems. Expired meat (on two occasions), tired vegetables, confusing/inaccurate instructions, and delivery to the wrong address. (Also, lots of cabbage.)
I was hoping for something to ease the family pressure, but ended up cancelling (and being charged for an unwanted delivery) and going back to regular groceries.

Have used them for over 1 year. Busy family of three and the meals are nutritious, easy, flavourful and plenty of variety. We tried a couple of competitors that were no where near as good! Our toddler also loves most of the meals.

I have been with quitelike for over a month and it is worth every penny!

a little pricey but great meal options
They may be a little pricey take advantage of any coupons or Voucher started deals but generally we are very happy with their selection of recipes available up market.
Generally very good quality of it ingredients and usually good portion size.
So far have done five weeks for recipes for two people And I've only been disappointed with two selections

Delivery was not only delayed by over three hours but left in front of a sign that says 'do not leave deliveries here'. 3 meals into a 5 meal week. First meal looked like chicken breast in the picture but was actually chicken thigh. The thigh supplied was really poor quality so threw it out, and cooked meal 2. Meal 2 was missing the red onion that was supposed to be included. Meal 3 was missing the Dijon mustard that should've been there. All the expiry dates on the produce/meat are really tight. Really not worth the stress of waiting for a delivery and then trying to cook with poor/missing ingredients.

As for the chicken thigh, you're right that the photo may look like breast at first glance, but we do list full ingredients, including cut type, when you select your recipes. That said, we're sorry to hear the quality wasn’t up to scratch and that you ended up discarding it. We’ll absolutely raise this with our suppliers.

Meals are straight forward & easy to follow with ingredients really flavorsome. Portions are not sparrow meals so keeps us all happy. The one time there was an ingredient missing, the team were helpful in refunding that portion so no complaints.
