All the staff were cheerful, n supportive throughout the mortgage process. I had NO experience with many terms, n processes.. staff was supportive and answered questions in terms I could understand. I appreciated the support, definitions and answers to numerous questions, that I asked! I am glad that I was at least familiar with the name Quicken!

I have used them multiple times over the years, always with great qualified and enthusiastic young people. This last time was the same experience I have come to expect, however my one complaint would be that I was told how much money I would receive in my pocket at closing. That sum was reduced by $1900 with no explanation. I believe I have figured it out but would have been nice to have been communicated with.

I was on the fence about which type of loan product was right for me. The Team listen to my thoughts and weighed the pros and cons of each. The thorough way that the team walked me through the process made it so much easier to make a decision and run with it.
