I applied twice for a home equity loan and I was EXTREMELY disappointed that I was denied because my well is not 50’ from the septic. They denied me the first time then contacted me again saying they can approve it but again I was denied by FHA rules. Do NOT contact me AGAIN!

After going through the whole process and being told numerous times that we have a solution for you and this is what is, to Get out of credit card debit, monies for home repairs and car repairs and even cash in your pocket, I was turned down. Because I didn't show enough income on my taxes. Told the agent I was rideshare driver full time and made 40K a year at the start. That infomation seemed to suffice to warrant giving me a solution that would do what I needed to do. I have easily over 100K in equity in my home. Even with this plan that was quoted I would still have 50K in equity. I pay my current bills on my current income and would be paying less in total a month with the quoted plan. Also being told I had a better credit score that most.

But after hype all that was turned down.

So all these commercials / ads Quicken puts out about using you home equity to do this or that. Are not necessarily true. Thank you Very dissappointed

Great and quick service. Only 2 weeks from applying for loan to closing date! Reps who worked on loan were very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is professional and knowledgeable in their field

The person taking the loan application was good. Your underwriter however can not think. Who ever it is doesn't read the comments I send in they just keep repeating themselves. Even though I am approved I'm not sure I want to continue with a company who's employees can't or aren't allowed to think.

Lack of transparency in the application process, misleading assurances from representatives, overwhelming requirements for records, paper work, etc.
