I tried to attain a HELOC and it didn’t happen. I called quicken loans who’s has 4.5 stars but was switched over to Rocket Mortgage who has 2.5 stars. That inspired no confidence. After that nothing they said mattered.

Customer service was great, loan process was quick and simple have yet to complete, closing on loan in 8 days.

People seemed overly concerned in closing the deal than what was best for the borrower and assumed I knew all the numbers. It would have worked to take an equity loan rather than try a refinance. Still have not gotten our 500 dollars returned.

Very pushy. Intimating. After sending an email stating we found a better rate with another company it became boarder-line harassment. There were phone calls and emails from the representative and his boss demanding that we send the other offer to him to review to get us a better deal. NOT! No is no!

Trella, has been open and honest with us about everything. She is real personable, easy to talk to, we are glad this has went so smooth.

The sales person was a non listener and was totally harassing both my wife and myself. He would not take no for an answer and kept telling us he knew what was best for us. After we told him to stop harassing us he continued. Under no conditions would we do business with Quicken as long as he is representing Quicken.
