I dealt with a lady named Sharon Paddon. A few problems with my solicitors held up my application, and Sharon was there every step of the way with advice and compassion. She made a very difficult time a lot easier for me, and I knew if I had any worries or questions she was just a phonecall away. I recently had a very good experience with Provira and can definitely recommend their services.
From the initial telephone contact with Sharon and her team onwards to getting the loan concluded I found them to be polite, efficient and professional.
There were a few legal twists in my case but these were dealt with in a common sense way by Provira and overall there was a commercial approach of trying to get the deal done with the minimum of fuss and complication.
I thought Sharon and her team were particularly sensitive to the recently bereaved and try to make the whole lending process as stress-free as possible at what is usually a difficult time for people.

I can't compliment Sharon enough, from the intital telephone contact through to resolution she has been fantastic. Sharon explained everything fully when she responded to myinitial request for information and then remained in constant email contact with both myself and my solicitor throughout the process which has completed in less than a week. It's a relief to receive such service in these times and Provida are to be applauded for this.

Well I just don't know where to begin this company is beyond amazing and Sharon who was the lady who dealt with my inheritance loan went above and beyond mine wasn't an easy straight forward one but Sharon was absolutely amazing she supported me and was extremely patient all the way through the process and was there all the for any questions and she put my mind at rest with all the full explanations of the process as to be honest its very daunting when you've not done anything like it before but once Sharon had explained the whole process in major details that daunting feeling went.
