On being recommended "level" by my probate solicitor I called them up for a lowdown on the "who, why, what's " of their system to receive a loan or advance on my late mothers will. I was met with strong answers that I understood clearly. The staff I spoke with were polite and had all the product knowledge you could wish for ... They answered my questions with strength and confidence. I was granted funds within approximately a week of them receiving all the relevant info to satisfy the safe return of the funds issued.

I increased my advance approximately 1 month later and have to pay particular thanks to Thato who made sure the process was completed in time for me to get a transfer of funds on the pay run for that day . She was polite professional and I wish more engagements with companies and general day to day issues were more like this one ... Not forgetting Gino who was my first contact .. Angelique who answered my follow up questions ... Archie who completed my first stage of app and Will who went through the increase app with me .
