An exceptionally professional company who offered assistance to a newly bereaved, heartbroken and stressed out daughter. From the first phone call with Tracy who was kind and compassionate to the ease of the process, and ultimately the swift decision. I highly recommend this company. From my initial phone call to Provira they were so helpful. Tracy was made my point of contact. Very professional and helpful from start to finish. Liaising with me every step of the way. Having to deal with the Death of a loved one is a trying and difficult situation. This is then exacerbated when there is an Estate to be managed, particularly when this also involves having to hand over part of the Estate to HMRC, because apparently it's perfectly reasonable for the State to take 40% of part of someone's inheritance.

I have to say, my experience has been terrific!

Having been let down by organisations who promised and changed their mind at the last moment, I was rather deflated to say the least.

Very professional -fast, efficient and friendly

Highly Recommend . I'm really pleased I trusted the reviews and used Provira. Sadly banks are no longer part of our community and it's hard to trust anything online. It was reassuring to have the same person (Tracy) to speak to each time and I wasn't hounded. Once I had all the necessary paperwork together it was a very easy process. No pressure. Initially the loan was for Inheritance Tax but we won't be paying as much as I expected so clearing debt whilst waiting for house to sell. Having had to leave work to care for my elderly Mum, not being eligible for benefits (too common a situation) I had spiralled into debt, thanks to my stupidly using credit cards (don't do it kids!) My credit cards are cut to pieces and I can concentrate on getting back to work now. Hopefully the house will sell soon but there is a maximum interest charge which I am happy with.

Sharon and the whole team at Provira were absolutely outstanding in my time of need. After my mother died, I was left in a difficult financial position needing to keep my younger brother housed and fed in her house, whilst bearing both that financial cost and the cost of her death such as funerals, solicitors for her estate, costs associated with getting the house for sale, moving, packaging and everything else. I am disabled and had been helping her care for my dad, who died of cancer in 2021, only to go straight into caring for her when she got cancer in 2023. I was not eligible for any financial assistance so I had rapidly burnt through an obscene amount of money after she died. I consistently reiterated to my solicitor that I would run out of money waiting for probate so I could sell the house and randomly one day, on a completely unrelated google search, Provira popped up. Long story short, after carrying out neccessary checks with my solicitor, Sharon was able to put through a loan against my mums estate which I can pay back once the house is sold. It meant I can continue to pay the bills, keep my brother housed and other important costs whilst I wait for probate and getting the house sold. A tremendous weight lifted off my shoulder as I had no other possibilities financially to pay for them. Sharon was and is a complete angel, she guided me through everything, was 100% transparent on costs and procedure and dealt with myself and my solicitor together, so you know they are not a shady business…there was due diligence everywhere. I legitimately needed help and Sharon, at Provira, were there to help. Without them I’d be “well and trulied”. Thank you for everything Sharon.
