The product I bought the 1295i treadmill was very good and I have had it for 4 years. The best home use treadmill I have seen. The only problem was the that the board broke. But i reached out to pro form and they helped me with advice on how to change the board by email and on youtube

The ability to connect to my iFit account has made working out a lot more enjoyable and helps me keep track of my progress.

Treadmill and studio bike
My Proform treadmill has become an essential piece of exercise equipment for my family. We love how motivating Ifit is and use our treadmill almost every day. When we had a setup issue it was resolved quickly. We loved the equipment so much we also bought a studio bike.
Very few issues; would buy another ProForm product
I have had my studio bike almost a year now, and use it almost every day. I have had very few issues with it. There are a few times I have had problems with the program loading or capturing my workout stats, but overall it has worked well.
The biggest issue is that it does not turn on and off without unplugging. I bought a smart plug-in and control it with a device, but it would be more convenient without having to do that.
I am wanting to now get a rowing machine, and am looking at ProForm for that as well.
don't buy any exercise equipment with +ifit
The app did not work, it requires a subscription in order for me to use my equipment that I paid allot of money for. I bought the equipment let me use the machine as my exercise the way I want.

I purchased my bike in Nov 2023
I purchased my bike in Nov 2023. The bike was good for 4 months and then I started having problems. The belt on the belt drive is rubbing and black shavings are now around underneath the bike. Also the crank shaft make a lot of noise and isn't smooth. I have ridden bikes and have a Giant Defy and an electric bike. This is the worst bike I've ever owned. The help centre are very poor and uninterested in my problem. A very poor bike for £1300.

Do not click "purchase."
Communication: non-existent. You don't learn when your items will be delivered until a shipping company decides to contact you and then you have to take the entire next day off work. Hard to plan.
Delivery: they dump the 500 pound pieces of equipment on your driveway and leave.
Assembly: really difficult to understand, not user friendly. Had to hire taskrabbit to assemble which cost another few hundred dollars to assemble and about $140 to move into my basement as the items were heavy.
I learned that Peloton is worth the price and will not order from this company ever again and wouldn't wish it on my enemy either.

I purchased my bike in June 2023
I purchased my bike in June 2023. Within a few weeks, the pedal came off and the bike was unusable. They sent me the parts and I fixed it myself. Soon after, the same thing happened, (followed by two more times), and a tech came out to fix it. It has sat broken down more than I have been able to use it. It is September 9th, and I have been waiting for a part since July 27th. I spend $40 a month on the subscription, as well as the warranty, and this bike sits being broke down. This company and its products are a total ripoff.

Team did a great job helping me to fix my broken Ifit bike. They provided a new control unit which is working perfectly.. so glad to have my exercise bike back.
I have a Proform Hitt H10 I purchased…
I have a Proform Hitt H10 I purchased in January 2024 and I'm currently having noises coming from the unit and has issued service request a couple weeks ago and I have been getting the run around. Stay away from there products. Customer service is awful!

Proform financing is terrible
Proform financing customer service is terrible.
Their website sucks too. Just a simple task like changing your password is not an easy task. You'll have to call customer care for that, and guess what?! They won't answer your call.
I DO NOT recommend using their services.

The console on my elliptical was having…
The console on my elliptical was having issues. I texted customer support and they are sending me a new console. I could not believe this amazing service because my elliptical is past the warranty so I was sure I was going to have to purchase an entirely new elliptical. This was such amazing news!!

Awful brand
I bought the Proform 5000 one and a half years ago, uses it twice a week max, suddenly the machine stopped working , contacted CS only to tell me that my warranty expired after one year , for the money I paid (about 1300) I would expect much more than this junk.
STAY AWAY!

Buyer Beware!
If your in the market for an affordable good quality treadmill do not buy a pro form or any of their affiliates such as nordic track I recommend Horizon Fitness i'm not an influencer this is my personal experience. I bought an overpriced treadmill from pro form it already with a missing A wire and Hex Tools plus all the screws and bolts were removed from the original hardware kit and thrown in to a foam container together nothing was labeled so i sent it back because i paid too much money to receive the treadmill in that condition now i have to pay almost $500 for restocking and processing fee terrible company I ordered another treadmill from Horizon Fitness and it was brand new i had everything i needed to assemble it i just want to warn anyone else that's in the market for a treadmill!!!!!!

Software update bricked the tablet…
Software update bricked the tablet control. They refuse to replace or send out technician. Won’t pick up where delivered. Have to disassemble machine to replace. But will only pick up 4 pieces. Hours on phone. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Proform Carbon E10 - Reconsider purchasing white glove assembly
I purchased my elliptical on 10/2023. Three months later it is unusable. It sheds more parts than my German Shepherd sheds hair. I purchased the extended service plan and "White Glove delivery and assembly. What a farce! The guys who did the assembly admitted that they had never assembled an elliptical and this was their first one- no training. The Ifit screen does work well but the machine was loud upon the very first use. Three months later, I have several screws and an iron sleeve that has fallen off one of the fulcrums. However, I did contact Proform and all though it was a bit protracted they did fix the issues. The assembly was done by the delivery guys and they installed a number of screws and washers in the wrong places. Consequently, the machine was pretty loud. It's too early to say if this elliptical was a good deal or not , but Proform did follow thru on their service commitment. The lesson at least for me, is to hire a service that knows how to assemble these machines unless of course you are capable of doing so on your own.
Even buying a 4-year warranty
Even buying a 4-year warranty, it was a struggle to get help. They keep mentioning to read instructions every time I contact them. No help whatsoever. I regret buying. What a waste of money.

Complete disregard for customer issues
I bought the proform c22 bike on Oct 19th. Set it up and the resistance would not change. The bike has not worked out of the box. We have the same bike bought 2 years prior and now the flywheel wobbles. So I Googled problems that I could trouble shoot. Checked all the connectors for loose pins, bent pins and they were all good. I took the new console and hooked it up to the old bike and it worked. So that means it was either the harness or the motor. I used the app to open a warranty ticket with all this information. I received a response a week later and after 2 weeks of back and forth asking for pictures and video and asking for my name and address multiple times. For 2 weeks all what was covered was everything I had put in my warranty ticket and warranty registration.They have different people answering the responses from the email chain but b one looks back to see what was covered. It took everything I had not to go mental.I finally called and they got a guy to come out 4 days later. Sure enough it was the harness. They tech guy requests the parts and then I have to take pictures of the connectors hooked up and disconnected? This is after they sent someone. 5 days later they sent only the motor..seriously! It's now Nov 23rd and I have no idea when the part is coming. I called the tech and he said he has left a few messages and waiting to hear back. This is absolutely the worst ran customer service I have ever dealt with or heard of. It is almost comical on how there is no sense of caring about customers. It is now over 6 weeks on a major purchase that I cannot use and lost time on my warranty.
You will be so sorry, they should be banned
Just awful and I researched but obviously not enough. Went from total excitement to complete let down. It requires assembly by two men, I did not have a clue. I've been through 3 recommended handymen and $200, and it still isn't assembled. Called and was told it could take up to two weeks and is 180 assembly fee for one of their techs. No mind that I've already paid over 2500 just for the equipment and am paying for the app NOW. So, I requested a return and OMG, yep, that'll cost, it's over $500 just to send back. I wish I'd checked here first, the previous reviews are spot on, you'll be sorry, I sure am. What an expensive lesson and all I wanted to do was improve my health.
