I have used Prodog Raw for a few years now. The quality of the food is excellent, and the supplements I use give great results. I would highly recommend this company, Customer Service are helpful and very efficient, empty bowls at every meal time are a great testament to the food, my two cocker spaniels would definately give it 10 out of 10.

Our dogs love the variety
Our dogs love the variety. Very useful for us as one of our dogs is allergic to chicken. We subscribe for ease. Food always delivered on time. If we need to change date of delivery, the company respond promptly and effectively.

Good products - dog approves
On the negative side I've experienced several frustrating problems with online ordering and product availability however these were all resolved quickly and courteously by a phone call. ProDog Raw's supplements are high quality and effective and having tried less expensive alternatives - which didn't benefit my dog to the same extent - will opt for ProDog whenever possible.

I asked the customer service for some advice for my dog and they were so helpful and professional they replied to several emails and responding on the same day with very helpful information. I use their raw food and it’s is brilliant. Packaged well and reasonably priced and if you subscribe you get it cheaper. They have lots of supplements too and everything is a high standard. 5 stars and would give more if I could.

I’ve been with ProDog for a few years…
I’ve been with ProDog for a few years now and have always had the best service for anything and everything I’ve needed!! The boys have been amazing on ProDog Raw! We use the complete raw meat and Flexx supplement as both boys are large, susceptible breeds for hip dysplasia. The eldest is 7 now and still going strong with a glorious coat!!

First time raw food buyer
First time raw food buyer. Had some initial questions as have a bulldog with allergies. Spoke with a Nutritionist who asked relevant questions and advised the best place to start. Order my first trial box and Dennis loves it so far.

Prodog Raw Review
I used this dog food provider for circa 3 years for their pure rabbit meat products.
Prodograw is one of the only raw meat providers that supply pure single meat protein. Most raw food providers use mixed raw meats to make up the weight, which does not suit all dogs and can result in allergies.
Unfortunately, the 80.10.10 (meat, offal, bone) ratio stated seemed incorrect and my dog frequently suffered with constipation, even when extra water was added to his feeds he produced hard yellowish lumps, or dry sand texture poops - indicating extremely high calcium levels. I recently changed my provider and now mix the meat ratio myself.
The result being on the same 1.5Kg of daily feed, his output is now back to a healthy texture and colour and surprisingly he poops around twice per day instead of six.
Frequently after defrosting the food for feeding the container was reduced to a watery mush, which weighed far less than a kilo.
The deliveries are usually on time and reliable, but hot summer weather can severely impact your work.
The process for applying discount Woofurrals Rewards is not a straightforward process and does not work when buying dog food online. This always requires a phone call to customer service.
It would be nice if Prodograw would consider a recycle program that would help reduce wastage and damage to environment by reusing the delivery vans to coolect and reuse plastic food containers to reduce high toxic gas emissions in the environment.

Been using this for months
Been using this for months, superb product, with such variety. After using many other high quality brands, our golden retriever frequently got bored and was going off her food. Since using pro dog Daphne licks the bowl completely clean, really higher quality with a huge selection. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and as long as she is happy we are happy.

Have used this company for quite a few years now and my babies love it. Service and price are great if I have an issue it is always dealt with quickly and professionally. Plenty of variations to choose from mine are on the chickenless bundle due to our pocket bully having an allergy to it and it has sorted her out I usually defrost a couple of different flavours so I can appease all my fussy pack. Prodog chicken complete.
Prodog chicken complete is the only food I've found that my dog can tolerate and I've tried alot!
My dog has several food intolerances,sensitivity and allergies. This single protein raw food had no nasty additives or bulking ingredients, it really is the best out there.
The website is easy to use and has plenty of information along with excellent customer services, should you need them.
I have a regular subscription which has free delivery and means I don't have to worry about running out, once you set it up Prodog do the rest.
I highly recommend the food and the company. I wouldn't use anything else.
My dog is now healthy and thriving and she seems to really enjoy it, empty bowl everyday!

Multiple stolen deliveries - Never trusting them again.
Food is decent, but the support is terrible. I've had the delivery drivers leave the package in the street!! calling it "front porch" (to avoid going around back to actually put it in the recomended slot which take 3 mins more..because low cost deliveries..yeild low value results) . First time,the support people appologised profusely and sent me a replacement. Then they used a different company, and I gave them great feedback for switching. Now they are back to the old, i've had my parcel stolen..again, and not a peep from my support ticket. Guess i am now just out of 60+£ and worse than that, my pups have to go on other type of food until i find a raw food replacement. Never ever ever buying from them again. Is it that difficult to actually deliver the goods? Even amazon has this figured out.
Update: the team commented i had no delivery instructions, but i did (as you see in the original review too) and I can prove with a screenshot. They just sent me away without asking me this. Also, it was the 3rd time this has happened so I wanted to give the 1 star and make sure everyone knows this company is not to be trusted and I will not order from them again. They have interacted 3 times more so far on this review than on my support ticket. What does that say about their priorities.

We did reply to your support ticket to explain that a safe place had not been advised to the courier company, which unfortunately meant the driver had no instructions to follow on your recent delivery.
We always recommend updating delivery preferences directly with the courier in their app with the email you use for ordering your food, so your parcel can be left safely. By doing this, the delivery details, including your safe place will remain on your account with them.
We completely understand how disappointing it is when deliveries don’t go smoothly, especially when it impacts your dogs meals, and we’ll continue doing everything we can to support you and will also raise this with the courier as feedback for them.

Love ProDog, have been using them for years now and my dog is so healthy, lean, with good teeth and plenty of energy. I was really pleased to find these guys at a pet show at the NEC years ago and have not stopped using them since. It's so convenient too, deliveries to your door with a subscription so you never run out and never have to remember to order it. Just can't fault them.
