Prodograw is great and an example of how companies should be run. The website is so easy to use, the products are great and my girl loves the food. Customer service is so good. Any queries and your email is answered extremely quickly and efficiently. I also buy Repel from them which prevents against worms, fleas and ticks and it really work and best of all, all natural products. Excellent!

Happiest Shiba on ProDog Raw
Before buying with ProDog Raw I made an enquiry as my dog has allergies. Not only did they respond within 24 hours but they were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for better on the quality of the food, the delivery and price. My dog has never been so excited to eat his food.

Best decision ever!
We’ve been using ProDog for 2 years now. I picked ProDog based on reviews and the masses of information on their website - moving from dry to raw is a big step for owners. Needless to say we haven’t looked back. Our dogs are in the best physical condition ever, we are managing their weight effectively for the first time, and they LOVE their food. We have only used customer service 3 times, and cannot fault them, the team are friendly and helpful. We have a subscription for delivery every 14 days, the courier communication is good and the parcels arrive in good condition. Highly recommend:)

Great quality and service
Adopted a Dachshund 3 years ago. Feeding raw dog food was recommended as she was in poor condition after being farmed.
She loves Pro dog complete , her coat improved rapidly and she is now in excellent condition with loads of energy.
Customer service is brilliant and delivery prompt.

Great product, great service. I've always had prompt replies to any emails I send them. I've even had a phone call from them to ensure everything was okay. I needed to revert my subscription back to a foodvwith fruit and veg in and the customer service team helped me all the way with my choice. I xant fault them for thevservice ive had from.them. My two dogs love the food and prove it by giving me empty dishes every day. Amd can i say DHL place my delivery in my hall so we can pick it up and put in the freezer with ease. Thank you Pro Dog.

The food is droolilicious according to our GSD and Lab. The GSD loves it and that's rare for her, the mixed boxes mean she doesn't get bored either.
The customer service and communicatuons are excellent. They keep me informed when to expect deliveries, its easy to stop and restart my subscription again.

The food at Prodog is second to none
The food at Prodog is second to none. I have a dog with itchy skin and tried many brands before settling on Prodog. I recently had a delivery issue which was dealt with to my satisfaction. I then asked for suggestions to lower my feed bill and was contacted by Alison who helped find an alternative method to get the proteins I needed. The bundles are great value for money and contain good selections.

Excellent food,lots of bundles to suit all different dogs, loads of flavours, great packaging, dog loves this food! Had an issue when they changed courier company and was left in warehouse all weekend, thankfully all resolved and courier company changed.... so glad they did! Highly recommend:)

Excellent food and company.
Our dog has never been keen on any type of food but the raw dog food is a revelation. She is really enthusiastic for every meal and we no longer have to coax her to eat or add cheese etc to the top of her meals!
If I have ever had any issues around placing an order then I can easily ring up and speak to a knowledgeable member of the team. They are always really pleasant and extremely helpful. Delivery is so easy and has always been problem free.

Halfway through sample pack
Halfway through sample pack. Trying to work out how much I'll need for a month's supply before I order again.
I fed my dogs raw meat anyway but worried they were missing out on things and they would not eat some days, maybe bore? so I decided to try this company.
Delivery was fast. Couple of days. Food in tubs and well packed. My dogs were cautious at first but once they tried it that was it! They dance about when I'm filling their dish and they empty each time which is a change for them so obv they're enjoying it. I did notice a change in their stools (due to the bone content I think) and that they go more often. Hopefully that'll settle.
It seems pricey but one tub 500g feeds my two toy poodles 3 times (they only have 160g a day) so it works out fairly reasonable and seems good quality.
So far my dogs are happy so I'm happy.

Good Experience sorting my error
I stupidly ordered the Raw Dog Food rather than the puppy version.
I then left a note of such on their contact page and I received an email from Liselle advising how I could correct my error.
All in all, a good product with good customer service.
BTW - the dog loves it too!

Amazing quality at such a great price. And easy to use!
I have been feeding Pro Dog Raw to my dogs for a few years now, and it has never let me (or my dear dogs) down in its quality, value for money, and its appeal to my dogs' taste! I love the fact that it's the best nutrition for them as well, and their good health is testament to that.
It might be an easy phrase to say, but I wouldn't feed them anything else.

No pressure, and my dogs love it
Spoke to them a couple of times regarding there raw dog food and the best thing to do for my three year old and 4 month old dogs, not once have I felt pressured into buying from them. All I've ever got is honest and great advice.
Ordered the mixed bundle initially and then since swapped some of the flavours out, when I emailed to request how to change the bundle over I was really surprised to get a call from there nutritionalist and helped me sort out my bundles ready for this months delivery.
