Great food
Great food, my little pups love it. Started off with an 80-10-10 pack. Problems with delivery mainly due to the bad weather at that time. Only problem with the delivery was that it included Beef and tripe which we had asked to exclude. Problem was solved very quickly by Liselle, who refunded the relevant tubs. We will be placing another order next week.

Helping severely underweight pups eat
I have two new rescues sadly both skin and bone. Initially, I contacted ProDog for advice about feeding raw to help their weight gain. Alison replied to my email almost immediately, she was kind, made suggestions and asked lots of questions about the dogs and their history. To my surprise, Caroline, the ProDog Behaviourist contacted me, she had consolidated details about the dogs from which she highlighted how she could help them eat. After a good chat I took her advice and what difference, they now eat at set times and with ProDog raw added to their feed are licking their plates clean! Fantastic service, I can't thank them enough!!

This food has settled my dogs stomachs perfectly after one week
I have three dogs and this food has settled their stomachs perfectly after one week. I am so impressed. Previously I was using raw dog meat from the local butchers but I think the offal content was too high because their stomachs were irritated. After one week of ProDog 80:10:10, not only are the dogs enjoying the food, their digestive systems are clearly working perfectly which is my main goal. Two of my dogs are Romanian rescues so they were not accustomed to meat, and the bone broth has further helped soothe their stomachs and provides a lovely treat for them which they really enjoy. My dog is a very fussy eater
My dog is a very fussy eater, after lots of dog food bought and given away, I eventually found Prodog, he has been eating Prodog for several years now. I placed my usual order for the middle of December and most unfortunately the courier was having severe issues on delivery from there depot nearest to me, this led to my delivery arriving defrosted, I had telephone messages and emails from Prodog trying to resolve this issue and helping me get a delivery in time for Christmas but alas the courier let us both down badly! Therefore I had to resort to buying raw food from the butcher, which was not ideal for my dog and somedays he would not eat.
Robin at Prodog did his utmost to help me through this situation and he advise me to try local stockist but the nearest was a 60 mile round trip, which was not an option. We decided that I would place an order for January 5th, which of course I did, it arrived next day and we now have a very happy doggie.
To avoid this happening this year I am going to have to make more room in this freezer.
I cannot thank everyone at Prodog [especially Robin] enough with everything they did to help resolve the problem.

Food arrived defrosted/thawed
I’ve been using ProDog raw coming on 5 years, since my dog was a puppy. I was genuinely happy with them on price, quality and packaging. However over the last year or so I’ve noticed a steady decline but an increase in their prices.
My most recent delivery arrived 24 hours late, with no wool insulation which meant that pretty much all of the food was thawed. I sent pictures and videos within an hour of delivery. Customer service asks if I’ve taken any more pictures and videos…and ultimately says the food is fine because the edges of the food still look frozen! This is despite a kiddie plastic cutlery knife being able to cut into the centre of the food block.
I didn’t mind paying the elevated price originally, but after this experience I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Our deliveries can take up to 48 hours. Food thawed but still cold to the touch is safe to pop in the freezer, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. If this were not the case and the delivery was delayed beyond 48 hours and the food was warm to the touch, then that is not acceptable.

Have been feeding my frenchie boy ProDog Raw for years, he loves every variety that he is given, we rotate the flavours coz frenchies can get fussy, this is such good quality raw , always well blended and no issues with large lumps, he has no allergy issues, his coat is glossy and in great condition and no upset tummy episodes.
Their customer service is great with any issues I have when I mess up my order variations, they respond quickly with a call and sort my errors out.

I’ve been using Pro Dog Raw for around…
I’ve been using Pro Dog Raw for around two years now and I honestly wouldn’t go back to anything else. The quality of the food is consistently spot on and you can tell it’s made properly, not just thrown together to tick boxes. My dog’s coat looks healthier, his energy levels are better, and he just looks overall in great condition compared to before. He absolutely loves the food as well, no hesitation at mealtimes at all.
Delivery has always been reliable and the packaging is decent, everything arrives frozen and exactly how it should. It’s clear they actually care about what they’re producing rather than cutting corners. Dangerous packaging
Had food delivered for several years but lately packaging has been terrible! Just taken delivery today and every container cracked broken. Pieces of plastic everywhere. 4* review as they rectified the situation very quickly and offered replacements, and dog has always liked the food.

Customer service is A1 10 starts
Customer service is A1 10 starts, food arrived to the isle of wight 100% frozen solid, it csn be tricky to get frozen food to the island still frozen but pro dog had it collected from them at half 10 at night and was with me the next day by 12pm. Dogs loved the food.

ordered a sample box for my new puppy…
ordered a sample box for my new puppy at 8 weeks,came on time and pretty much frozen(dhl suck but that nothing to do with them as he just throw it next to my door,but ive read reviews about them being late and food unfrozen and customer service not being that good about sorting it so ill pay with paypal just in case ) but my puppy loves it, she was on kibble when i got he a looked bloated and no much energy and runny and smelly poo,but now after a full tub per day, she don't look bloated,way more energy to burn off so she is sleeping more and pooing better, look forward to getting some different meals to try as i got 5 Chicken & Tripe lol so as of now 5 stars

Found some plastic bits in 'Duck…
Found some plastic bits in 'Duck Adult'. This is the 5th time. When I switched to 'ProDog', I did mention that my dog is sensitive to 'duck'. (He produces diarrhea). However,
the ProDog still sent them in the bundle. So, I changed the bundle to 'Offal free' this time. I'll see if it meets my expectations.
The pictures of the plastic bits have been sent to ProDog via email on 25/11/25.

Regarding the duck meals, we hope the switch to the Offal Free bundle is a better fit, but we’d really like to help you order a selection that suits your dog perfectly. We do offer a poultry-free bundle and the Exotic bundle that contains no duck.

Our Staffie
Our Staffie, who was a rescue dog, did not have a constant reliable diet. Since moving to the raw food, and with a little more exercise he has become very 'regular' and much more relaxed. He loves all the different raw food bundles, and is always smiling.

ProDog Raw is such a good raw dog food…
ProDog Raw is such a good raw dog food . I have a monthly subscription set up which is perfect . I buy the offal free as Dalmatians can’t eat offal and there is a good choice of flavours . I have been ordering from ProDog Raw for many years now. I can't say enough about this company, to truly explain how amazing they are. Very Fussy Goldendoodle
With a very fussy Goldendoodle I am happy to say that he has never once turned his nose up at his ProDog. I no longer have to worry about wasting food so I order the 25kg bundle which is great value as it lasts 50 days. Delivery has always been spot on. Any contact I have made with customer services has been answered extremely quickly and with satisfactory outcomes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any pawrents looking to feed fab quality raw good to their fur kids

Excellent food
ProDogs customer service and knowledge of their product and nutritional advice is great. My dog is loving the food and I wish we’d have switched to raw sooner! His coat is amazing and gut health has definitely improved. Only thing I would say is that the courier service they use is DHL and they can be pretty heavy handed often breaking tubs so advise you keep spare. Customer service however were fab at sending out spare when required.
