WORST PRINTING COMPANY EVER
They are the worst printing company ever! They are cheap for a reason, avoid avoid, AVOID!!! I ordered a large 4ft wedding board to hang outside my wedding venue. This arrived in terrible condition with the image not even stuck on properly with loads of bubbles in it and the edges all cut terribly. It was so shockingly bad that we couldn't use it in the venue as it was embarrassing!! When I raised this they told me I needed to send it back within 24 hours to get a refund which was impossible as they delivered on a weekend after 2pm, so when I raised this they didn't do anything and just closed the complaint, Previous to this I had ordered 4 signs originally and paid extra for 48 delivery only for them to arrive after 5 days, when chasing this I first got no response then they said sorry and would refund me the amount I paid for the delivery, WHICH THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME. It is my fault for going back to them when they messed me around with the first order but then they had the audacity to call me to ask for a review when I had been emailing with no response to my complaint. I made it very clear on the phone that I wont accept a discount on future orders (this is all Lee the Manager kept offering me) and I said I wanted a full refund and I would be happy to send thee board back to which he said he would reopen the case and offer the refund, then he emailed a few hours later with a 10% discount on my next order and said they wont be reopening the case.
This place is a huge scam, the quality of artwork is terrible and customer service is abysmal. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!

So … all i wanted was a sample of fabric that the gazebos are made from as using it to cover highland cows so it needed to be strong . After using the WhatsApp help the chap said yes I can do that it will be with you tomorrow for £7:99 .. great I thought .. but no .. no sample a week later . Then saying no refund !! As £7:99 was for the fabric not next day delivery!! Tony from Print today then emailed saying your mock up of gazebo has been approved …. Bonkers !! I wouldn’t use this company .. if they can’t send simple piece of fabric why would I have full faith about a gazebo !! No way !!
Awful Experience - AVOID
1) Wrong design printed
2) Packaged in just bubble wrap, so bent and damaged during delivery - which was delayed by 4 days from original 'confirmed' delivery date to the date it was received. It was unusable.
3) Apologies - Reprinted - promises and email confirmation that they were using Parcel Force this time. NOPE! Same flimsy packaging, same delivery via FedEx, same bent product, same damage to the sign. Printed Today refuse to take responsibility and issue a refund despite photos showing damage - to quote 'because they have re printed after the first issue already'.
Customer service is unhelpful.
Problem is unresolved.

Breach of Agreement and False Next-Day Delivery Promise
Extremely disappointed with this company — completely mis-sold service and false promises from start to finish. I placed an order which was clearly agreed (in writing via WhatsApp) to be delivered the next day for a time-sensitive booking. They confirmed this would be possible, which is the only reason I went ahead with the purchase.
However, after chasing for tracking, I found out from Parcelforce that the parcel was not even shipped until 5:30 p.m., long past the cut-off for guaranteed next-day delivery, and worse — it was not sent on a next-day guaranteed service at all. This proves they didn’t fulfil their side of the agreement, and instead tried to shift the blame onto the courier.
When I raised this, they hid behind generic “terms and conditions” — yet those same terms are meaningless when they themselves broke the agreement by not dispatching correctly. Their responses were full of excuses, no accountability, and no understanding of consumer rights.
Completely unprofessional, misleading, and unreliable company. I’ve had to contact my bank to raise a chargeback due to their refusal to refund despite clear evidence.
Avoid this business — they make false delivery promises, then try to hide behind small print that they don’t even follow themselves.

I'm an experienced graphic designer of 25 years. I know how to supply and format artwork. Ordered some dibond printed signs. Was going to place the order via the website but Matt, on chat, insisted I use the online chat portal and not to send files to his colleague Oliver who requested them by email. Either the portal, or incompetent staff, altered my artwork to extremely low resolution. Keep in mind there were 4 signs, different artwork, visibly pixelated, but they printed and shipped all 4. Firstly, they were not even boxed, just wrapped in bubble wrap with a shipping label slapped on. Secondly, the signs were poorly cut. Thirdly, the matt lamination was placed over dust, also delaminating on the edges. And fourthly, poor low resolution print. I have better resolution generated by a Sega Megadrive.
I raised a complaint, provided photos. Told because I did not provide photos within 3 days (I did, the same day the signs were received), or photos from 2 meters away, they are considering the signs of acceptable standard and closing the claim. They like throwing their terms and conditions around as well, which are ludicrous. Wonder if they've seen and read the Consumer Rights Act 2015?
So, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Completely clueless, zero knowledge about print, zero customer service after your order is placed, and zero pride in what is provided.
But, you know what they say, you buy cheap you buy twice. Lesson learned.

We ordered a backdrop from Printed Today, when I received my order I was so extremely impressed by the quality of their print, it looked absolutely stunning.
We displayed our backdrop outside and it bought the best appearance ever for my brand. We had positive feedback from our customers, it felt complete with the backdrop being on display, all thanks to Shaun Taylor.
Shaun is so helpful, he provides excellent customer service throughout, he's very polite and he knew exactly what product I needed to order to bring my brand to life.

Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists, constant calls nearly every day despite constantly asking them to leave us alone. The product quality was awful including poor packaging, scratches on the leaflets, you can get better stuff cheaper easily. AVOID!
Relentless spam marketing calls
Placed an order in 2022. I don't even remember what for. This year, they've called me relentlessly every few weeks to try and get me to place another order. I've asked them to delete my details and not call me on multiple occasions - no effect. I've blocked and reported their number - they call from different numbers each time.

I purchased a custom printed banner from Printed Today. I requested eyelets, but their staff advised me to use pole pockets instead, which made the banner unusable for its intended purpose.
I raised this issue on 3rd September 2025, within days of receiving the item, but the company failed to respond for over a month and a half. I eventually had to call them directly to obtain a reply and give them a final opportunity to resolve the matter.
They have since refused to replace or refund the goods, citing an internal “24-hour complaint policy” and claiming that custom goods are exempt both of which are incorrect under the sales of good act 1979.
They continue to rely on terms that unlawfully restrict consumer rights, and their conduct suggests a misunderstanding or disregard of their statutory obligations. I am referring this matter for Trading Standards’ review and possible enforcement action.

Ordered some magnetic car decals for my work car. After they arrived I placed them on flat surface for about 3 days prior to putting them on my car. They looked great. The following day it was raining. When I arrived at my destination I noticed that one side of the car vehicle the magnetic boards had come off. I drove back the same route and could not see them. The other side after I looked at them I noticed the top of the so called magnetic boards was peeling away from the car and the rain was running between the car and board.
I contacted printed today twice by email explaining this and 2 complaints forms. They told me that their refund policy was 30 days. So I pointed out only half of that time had passed. They then said there’s nothing they can do. Now they will not even reply to my calls or emails. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS USELESS SO CALLED COMPANY
Awful service, poor quality print, scammers
I ordered 6 roller banners and 1 curved 3x3m exhibition stand. The process with the print consultant Tony was painful, he was unable to provide correct proofs and claimed that he could not get access to WeTransfer files. I expressed my anxieties in signing off on the 3x3m stand as I wanted to be sure that we did not lose any images, icons or text on the edges of the stand - Tony assured me that this would not happen. At no point did he mention bleed lines or raise any issues to me that any of the art would wrap around the edges making the stand unusable. I had 2 proofs for the 3x3m stand both looked different but neither suggested any issues with bleed lines. When the stand arrived it was poor quality, scuffed, smudged ink and images, QR code and text wrapped around the edges of the stand. I raised a complaint and was told on the phone that I would get a replacement at no cost to my company. I requested this in an email and it did not arrive. My complaint was closed and I then received an email to say that the best they would offer is a 15% discount on a reprint - I have already spent almost £400 on the stand. I now realise that the links on their website to ratings do not work, nor do any of the links to their social media. I checked them on Companies House and it all looks super suspicious. I now cannot get through on the phone at all. I believe that my number has been blocked. Please please do not waste your time or money with this company. I wish that I had investigated them thoroughly before placing my order.

Absolutely awful, sent damaged aluminium signs, with flaking off from for middle of the signs which can’t have been done in transit. Offered to replace one of the three I had ordered, even though photos showed all three damaged. Avoid this company as they are awful and don’t even sort out their own mistakes
Wish I read the reviews first
Wish I read the reviews first. The amount of time and effort to receive my banner and then to be greeted with poor printed quality. I had to go to an actual company that does these on the high street and pay 4 times the amount.
Now lots of marketing calls and emails saying am your account manager how can I make thinks right. Well reprint my banner for a start.
