Order was delivered promptly in good condition and was up ready for the weeked - just what we wanted! Thanks.

The product was of very poor quality. The finish was terrible including signs cut badly (not straight) with sharp edges, smudged lettering and items of dust etc under the top lamination. As for the customer service - absolutely no response what so ever! Extremely disappointed overall and would say AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My experience with this company wasn’t great but average. First my order came damaged and when I made a complaint the person who was responsible for my order said, that this damage (air bubbles from dirt between protector film and the print together with the damaged edges) is not visible from normal distance. Can you imagine, paying for a new product getting a damaged one, but don’t be worried it is not visible enough for him. So I contacted printed today again and they agreed to redo it but me to pay for the shipping, which I agreed. I wouldn’t bother leaving negative review but the second time when the print arrived wasn’t damaged, however it was made without the protective film which I paid initially. Also I bought print magnets for the car doors, the magnets were so weak that the one have fallen somewhere, disappointing because was well printed.
In summary they have very good communication online team, but the printing itself is not always ideal, maybe because they use side contractors (not sure). And the quality of the products is average.

Avoid at all costs. I have opted to review in here as my Google review seems to have been deleted and I feel so strongly that I felt the need to review again.

Customer service is nothing short of shocking. I asked for prints for my detailing business and was presented with broken edges, dirt under the print, poor print quality etc I complained only to be told they have a 2m rule and if it looks good from 2m then its fit for purpose. Id argue it wasnt good at 2m but then they demanded pictures 2m back where the defects couldn't clearly be seen.

Since then the review has been deleted, in fact all their Google reviews are missing over night.

It was endless negative reviews so I have no idea how they have removed these from Google.

Since my initial review I have been contact by printed today in at least 8 occasions suggesting they have changed ownership and theatre they wanted another chance. Unfortunately they had an opportunity to refund me or provide me with fit for purpose prints and did not opt in for either of these.

Now the calls have got to the point of harassment. Promise we have changed and offer massive discount. Sorry but too little too late. Avoid avoid avoid

These guys are great They seem to be able to anticipate my needs … which can vary as I use them mainly for yard art … everyone asks where I get my stuff from. I tell them … but not how cheap they are!! 😉

A shambles of a company. The print and production is extremely sloppy and of terrible quality. The laminate on the DiBond signs is visibly pealing off and the edges look like they've been cut with a blunt spoon. Henry (if that's his name) from their complaints department suggested 'applying a transparent tape to help secure the lamination and ensure the product remains protected during use'.

The lamination in places has also bobbled and come away from the underlying printed surface, making them unsightly not to mention unfit for purpose. Another suggestion from their complaints teams was: 'This can usually be resolved by gently puncturing the bubbles with a fine needle and smoothing the surface' Laughable.

Upon requesting a refund I was offered £10 credit!

If you do not want signs that are poorly printed and not fit for purpose I strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. Truly shocking.

Excellent Excellent Excellent. I cannot praise them enough for how easy the whole process was. From the time we found them online, it was a blessing as we were quite last-minute to get our roll-up banner done and else where was quoted triple the price of what these guys quoted for such a quick turnaround. We gave the artwork by around 6pm on Wednesday for a Friday morning delivery of a very professionally finished top quality banner. Nothing was too much ask with these guys. Absolutely and highly recommend these guys. Printed Today team, You ROCK!!!

BEWARE!!! This company provides horribly substandard goods and ‘politely’ avoids taking any responsibility. When, like me, you are driven to taking legal action against them to get your money back for goods that are not fit for purpose, you discover the UK address they give is for a third party printers, NOT for Printed Today. Meaning you cannot take them to court and that’s why they are entirely comfortable refusing your legal right to return faulty goods. This company is dishonest, unreliable, disgustingly rude once you get beyond the facade of polite refusal and I sincerely hope you read the reviews and go elsewhere, I wish I had. Several hundred pounds worth of goods ordered and none of it fit for purpose. I’m as angry with myself for not checking Trust Pilot before I ordered as I am with these disgusting people.
Also, they plague you with calls afterwards trying to sell you more items (asking if you are happy with your orders) but then when you start telling them how unhappy you are with them, they politely apologise and say they’ll look into it for you, and phone a week later asking if you’re happy with your orders and trying to sell more crap. They could not be LESS interested in how happy you may or may not be.
The rudest person them all is Henry from the complaints department of all things. Politely rude!!
‘I’m so sorry for the experience you are having and that you are not happy. Unfortunately we cannot prove whether these items were damaged before or after you received them and therefore we are truly sorry we are not able to give you a refund. We can give you a discount on a premium (double the price) product as a goodwill gesture’.
Push however and the thinly veiled contempt he has for his customers are soon revealed.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don't waste your money. Absolutely terrible quality and scammers. Aluminium composite signs ordered. Delivered with terrible finish, bubbles and front layer peeling off, cut with a hacksaw, one the wrong size. Robotic Customer Service denying a refund - even though they were not fit for purpose. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Communications from the team was good and they deal your needs in a professional way. they will try to meet your needs. the information about the product is accurate, the person on the other side who deal my query was very helpful.

Great customer service when I was wanting something urgently. They did it straight away and it was delivered earlier than they could guarantee.
Quality was good with one tiny unwanted mark. Delivered with lots of wrapping to protect it.

Great service, I was even able to chat online to a member of staff on a Sunday with some questions about my order. The order was delivered ahead of schedule too.

By far the worst company we have ever had to deal with. If you value your money and your own companies reputation, DO NOT EVER use this company.
Their task: Produce 6 x presentation foamex boards and send them out.
Outcome: Not only did they forget to print on both side the first time and were rejected, the second time, they printed so badly that we were forced to purchase from another supplier.
We have asked for our money back and Henry Morgan from their complaints department (probably some 20-year old sitting in his mums bedroom), is flatly refusing to comply with trading law.
We are now taking this legally; even for such a small sum and have reported them to Trading Standards.

Quality banner, printed and delivered in record time.

Ordered a big banner and a foamex sign with a custom logo. The colouring is really dark, and the company have not taken responsibility or offered any compensation.

The team were quick, responsive, and very easy to work with. I ordered correx boards, flyers, and stickers. The correx boards and flyers were great quality and exactly what I expected.

However, the stickers were disappointing. Instead of arriving on a small, convenient sticker roll, they were printed on a very large flat sheet, which takes up a lot of storage space and makes them difficult to keep safe. They’re also fiddly to remove, as some of the cuts peel off with extra unwanted edges. While the adhesive itself is strong and works well, the print quality is noticeably blurry up close. I had specifically asked for the artwork to be checked, and although I was told the quality was good to approve, the final result doesn’t reflect that.

Because of the sticker issues, I’ve given a lower rating, even though the service and other products were very good.

Ordered 5 banners - 3 mesh and 2 vinyl. They arrived and the 3 mesh were ok, not great quality but ok. The two vinyl ones were ordered hemmed and with eyelets every 50cm and both received with no hemming and no eyelets, so I contacted them to raise a complaint. What I received back was beyond hysterical...
As the banners were for an event within 3 days I was told to source eyelets from a hardware store and install them myself & a link to a video apparently to show you how to put in eyelets - I dont actually know if did as I had no intention of fitting them myself. As they were not fit for purpose I requested replacements to which I was again told to buy some and fit them myself. After many emails they eventually told me to turn the banners, at my cost, to get a refund but they had to be returned that day or not at all. Neither of these are lawful - if the banners are not as ordered, postage should be paid by them, also insisting they are returned that day is not a reasonable request and any reputable company would know this! Again they said an alternative would be yo buy some eyelets and fit them myself (no mention of the lack of hemming). After mentioning the Consumer Act 2015 and their responsibilities under that law they eventually agreed to send new banners in time for the event. Oh no the story doesn't end there!! I received the banners and they still were not hemmed and eyelets only to the 2 short sides - 6 in all. I again contacted them to complain, I was told that hemming wasn't required and, yes you've guessed it..told to go to a hardware store to buy eyelets and fit them myself!! My last contact was to again to quote their responsibilities and to say that I would claim a chargeback through my bank if the issue was not resolved - I got no response!! I will be contacting the bank tomorrow...
I URGE YOU TO USE SOMEONE ELSE THAT KNOW HOW RUNNING A RETAIL BUSINESS WORKS!!

Awful company and shoddy finishing - they may be able to get it printed today, but it won't be what you want, and the quality will be shockingly bad. When you try to get it put right, customer service will find a reason why they are not responsible for fixing the mistake, but as a "gesture of goodwill, can offer you a discount on your next order" which is not good enough. Have tried this company three times, 1st time was pre-covid, and they delivered a decent job, the last 2 attempts, I've been left with products that are unusable. Have just received a di-bond panel print, the lamination is lifting on the corners, there is dust and scratches under the lamination and duffed edges; when I raised the issue with support, Jacob Miller, said my photos were taken too close and I should stand back...even stood back, I can see the lamination lifting and all the scratches and bubbles under the surface. Absolutely ridiculous solution, you may as well have told me to close my eyes and the problem will disappear. Useless. I only used them because their sales team have been hounding me for more business, assuring me that any issues would be resolved now, so I thought I would give them another try, what a mistake.

Just avoid this cowboy company at all costs.

Ordered some stickers and the process of ordering was straight forward. They arrived in a cardboard box which was bent and creased.

I only got round to getting the stickers out 5 days later due to other work on. When I unrolled the sheet I tried to remove the stickers but the cut line hadn’t even gone right through the stickers. Worst of all the cut line was all over the place!

This made the stickers unusable. I then called the company a few times explaining it and they requested to see the images. A day later they emailed back saying they won’t replace or refund, didn’t apologise for the shabby finish and said that I should “use scissors or a knife and tidy the edge up”.

Oh they did say as a gesture of goodwill they’d provide discount on my next order… not happening.

They refused on the phone many times for a refund and now I will have to possibly get trading standards involved.

Just avoid this company it’s not worth the hassle and you will not get your money back.
