I ordered at Printed Today once, ages ago. Since, they keep calling, emailing me on a weekly basis. It got to the point of daily basis. I've asked them, probably over 10 times now to remove me from their contact list. I've reported them on ICO. They don't care. Please, save your inbox - never contact them.

They are not too expensive. Printing done on time

I ordered a PVC banner. The banner had very good print quality and it was delivered timely.

Listened to what I wanted and offered a number of options. Item printed and delivered quickly. Perfect. Will definitely use again.

Well this seemed too good to be true and it most certainly was.

I was in urgent need of some stable plaques and whilst browsing the Printed Today website a customer service agent popped up in the chat. He gave me a quote and said he could place the order there and then. I uploaded my artwork, received a payment link and paid. Received a proof from 'Andrew' - it looked fine, but was missing the 4 corner drill holes we'd talked about. He added those and they were approved.

These were due to arrive on 22/12. I had confirmation that shipping had been booked but the tracking info said it hadn't been picked up. Received an e-mail from PT with a link to a 'lodge a complaint form', duly filled it out asking where my order was. The order was shipped at 5pm that day, received the following day, i.e. a day late.

The quality is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. The printing is sub standard, smudged, logos distorted. The plaques weren't cut straight, the edges and corners were left dangerously sharp. As we were coming up to the Christmas break, I lodged a dispute with PayPal. Received some drivel back from PT about their ridiculous terms of returning within 24 hours. At no point during the ordering process had I been made aware of this. The drill holes were all over the place with sharp pieces of metal protruding.

I have spent significant time redrilling the drill holes and sanding down the plaques in the hope that my customers won't be disappointed. I will never use this company ever again.

Sadly, I hadn't read the reviews before ordering. Save your money, go to a proper printing establishment - yes, you might end up paying more, but you pay for what you get. These guys are cheap and offer a quick turnaround for a reason. AVOID!

Placed an order in November 2025. Never arrived. Tried contacting but no response. Maybe it was a scam or they are no longer in business? Won’t ever use them again.

Appaled at the service we received. Only gave a one star rating because zero wasn't an option.
Wish I'd read the reviews first. Shamefully dishonest company, we ordered a number of outdoor banner stands, received a handful of very poorly printed banners & no stands. Reported the error & gave them the opportunity to send them, was told they needed proof of them not being delivered. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible product I bought magnetic car stickers which were not strong enough to be fit for purpose. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great repeat experience with Printed Today - 6 2m x 1m banners for a charity campaign I've been involved with.

Quality was excellent - colour and detail. They arrived as a premium service over the Christmas period and exactly when we were told they were coming.

Glad I didn't read these reviews before ordering! We had an urgent last minute banner job between Xmas and New year. Ordered just after 1pm and delivered next day. I've only seen photos of the banners in place but they look good and QR codes on them all work as intended. Can't comment on durability as they've only just been put up but met our needs perfectly. Price was very reasonable.

Won't refund or replace when they have damaged banners. They folded two banners together when the ink was still wet so smuge marks everywhere used the you didn't pay extra for them to be rolled so tuff luck it's your problem not ours

I received delaminated and poor-quality printed magnets from Printed Today and the company refused to follow UK consumer law when I reported the issue. They insisted on a 24-hour return deadline, demanded that I pay return postage myself, and tried to offer a credit note instead of a refund. These conditions directly contradict the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including my right to reject faulty goods, the requirement for the trader to cover return costs, and the rule that unfair terms are not binding. Their internal policy attempts to override statutory rights, which is unlawful. I have now started action against the business and reported the matter to Trading Standards. Extremely disappointing experience and a clear disregard for consumer rights.

Placed order for 2 banners, these guys assisted with the artwork, made and dispatched my stuff, which arrived quick smart. Thanks guys, have a great Christmas and new year and I'll be ordering my A board in 2026

Ordered 2 x banners, didn't arrive when said. Contacted customer service who logged a complaint with FedEx. 11 days later we finally get offered a reprint.
It was too late by that time and we were out of pocket as had ordered fencing for the signs to go on.
Requested refund only to be told we would get it when they get their refund from FedEx. Alternatively we could get a credit note (no thanks!!).
Shocking customer service, I would never use again, there are far better print companies out there.

The service, this time, was excellent. Product good and delivery timeous as promised
