Improving the website search for click and collect would be awesome!
I love Priceline so much and I often order online with them. I’ve had a couple of wrong items arrive in the past but they’ve fixed it up and swapped them for the right things. BUT they need to improve their click and collect function and store stock search function. Chemist Warehouse has a brilliant system that is so easy to use. I want Priceline to have a similar system to make it more user-friendly on their customers. I would always prefer to visit Priceline if only I could easily see which stores had what I wanted!
It’s been a year... and I STILL haven’t gotten my online order!
I ordered something online in March 2020 and never received it. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times yet never received a reply. Ever. It’s now March 2021 and I’ve reached out to them again after I was going through my emails and found my order confirmation. Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely scammed me.
My Daughter
My Daughter, Jane ( 37yrs) has Autism and as part of her skills development we encourage her to do simple tasks independently. So you can imagine we choose safe environments for her to develop these skills. Her local shopping centre is one of them , now I question that after our experience in your North Haven store this morning (29/12/2020 approx 10am). Jane visited the store to cash in the scratchies she received as a Christmas present.
The person serving her , I believe, did not show any diversity understanding and was short and dismissive to her. Jane was so threatened by her attitude she ran ( a safety behaviour that is so common with persons with Autism). Jane was so distressed it took sometime to get the story from her. Another common trait of persons with Autism is they do not Lie.
When I took the tickets in the two servers gave the poor excuse , "she didn't want her winnings". I ask, did these women think this was a normal behaviour and as such did not need to be addressed??? No they just put her winning under the counter ?? what they planned to do with it is anyone's guess .
I am disgusted by your staffs lack of empathy and knowledge of diversity, as Priceline pharmacy is a service provider to many people requiring health care I am totally taken back by their ignorance.
I certainly will not be using the services of your North Haven store again.
Poor customer service at Priceline Marrickville Metro
I had an awful shopping experience at Priceline Marrickville NSW on Monday 30/11/2020 at around 12 pm. I went inside the Priceline store with my grocery shopping trolley as I had just completed my grocery shopping. I was going to do Christmas shopping as it was Black Friday sale at Priceline and as I started to put few items inside my trolley, a middle aged female staff member walked passed me but then turned around, went to my trolley and said to me ‘are these from here?’ and at the same time she picked up the items she saw without even asking my permission or giving me chance to speak (to be honest, I was really shocked and just stood there and couldn’t believe what was happening). Then she explained that it’s their policy when shopping at Priceline to use their basket, she then grabbed a basket and started putting everything inside with a rude indignant attitude. Then she put the now full basket with the items in it on top of my grocery shopping (and even more annoying she put that basket on top of my eggs). I was still standing there in disbelief at what she was doing. Then she left. She walked passed me again and I told her how rude she was. She replied with the same words again that it’s Priceline policy for customers to shop using their basket and not to put items in their trolley. I was really angry this time and told her that I didn’t know that I had to shop using their basket. I said to her that she could just give me a basket and explain to me nicely instead of going through my trolley as she liked and picking up anything she wanted and dumping them in a basket and on top of my grocery shopping where my eggs were!!
She did apologise after that but really, that was the most shocking customer service I have ever experienced!!! I can’t believe Priceline employs someone with such poor customer service skills and shocking manners like hers!!!
My advice use their baskets to shop at Priceline Marrickville if you don’t want to encounter the same problem and have an incident like mine. It would be better not to shop there with a grocery supermarket trolley with you as you will end up pushing a supermarket trolley and carrying a basket at the same time.

I would like to give a shout out to Pina from Priceline Westfield Geelong for always helping and going out of her way to help in every way. She is always the same and nothing is too much trouble.
Masks for Corona virus.
I sadly had to give 1 star as their is no provision for zero stars.I am totally disenchanted with these rural chemists. I am a 75 year old carer for an 82 year old man living on Philip Island. There are two Chemists here on the Island and when I went to purchase a box of 50 medical/surgical masks was told that they were only sold in 10's. at a cost of 30.00 here at Priceline and 25 at Terry Whites. My daughter in Melbourne on this same day purchased a box of 50 for 49.00 which she will post to me. I find this utterly disgusting and shameful. I do not believe that their cost out to here is 3 times the amount as in the city. I think there should be some sort of watchdog to keep these people from exploiting the very vulnerable in the community in these difficult times.

Awful Experience
If there's an option for no stars, I would definitely select that. My entire experience with the online Priceline store has been absolutely shocking and unacceptable. They have not responded to any of my emails regarding my order and its been almost 2 weeks now. Not to mention, my package arrived crumpled up with dirty marks all over the the ordinary product.
Absolutely shocking customer service and would definitely not recommend purchasing with them. Such an awful experience.

3 weeks still not delivered.
Online service disgusting.
Ordered 22 days ago still not delivered. At day 15 company still hadn't put order together and warned everyone that they were slow .
Tried to cancel order then but told by customer service orders cannot be cancelled or changed after placed.
Order finally expected next week .
In the meantime I've had to go to another chemist to get what I've needed.
This is a large local company that takes almost a month to send and deliver orders.
This is at the beginning of November. Would hate to think how long it takes over Christmas period.
Disgusting Service Priceline Pharmacy!
I ordered from Priceline online 10 days ago when they had their sale on skincare. I got a load of sun screen and some other items to qualify for the skincare bag promotion. I am usually one to go in-store but I was home that day and thought I would place an online order instead. How I do regret that...
It had been a week last Friday and I had not received a shipment email so I rang customer service. Well.. I can't even describe how rude the girl was to me saying they are in "peak period time". Come on Priceline... people order from overseas and receive goods within 7 days and you can't even manage to process an order in 10!?!? That is highly embarrassing to your company and has turned me off even walking into any of your stores. Online customers are just as important as in-store customers. It's funny how your social media channels are all updated hourly but yet you don't have enough staff to process people's orders that they have paid for 10 plus days ago. Disgusting experience.. I won't be returning.
