Simply put, an appalling organisation. I have offered an expert witness service for over 25 years and have to say that this organisation is the most appalling agency I have ever known. They are disorganised, inefficient, inept, arrogant, hopelessly incapable of offering a service that even remotely resembles one that all experts cannot perform better by themselves. Any solicitor even considering using them should think it through very carefully, because the likelihood is that they would damage their case.

Right now if I could, they would have no stars, including the gastroenterologist they use. My solicitor and I have been waiting for a report regarding my wife’s death for over four months with nothing being the result. It’s beyond frustrating especially at a time when the grief is still strong. Their customer care right now is utterly non-existent.

I was advised by my solicitor I would have had a report provided to me before Christmas in respect of my medical claim and still not received anything other than an email to say they are still chasing the medical expert. Only communicated this once we chased it up!

I found the premix are efficient and friendly.

I had a good experience but would like to see a drinks machine or kettle to make a drink other than that my experience was great very clean and polite staff

Your company told our solicitor we had not attended we did attend. The appointment was changed by the consultant by half an hour we attended but was still waiting passed our first appointment time

Each of the medical experts I have consulted in respect of my compensation claim have been excellent. From each one, I have learned a little more about the seriousness of the head injury sustained and the lasting effects.

I understand from my solicitor that there was a delay with Premex organising an appointment with an expert who was required to write a report in support of my medico-legal case. This put me under pressure to accept the first appointment offered if we were to meet the deadline set by the court for the submission of the expert's report. As I had to travel from Portsmouth to Birmingham for the appointment, I would have liked to have had more time to be able to plan the time off I needed from work to meet the appointment & organise my rail travel etc.

To press o/k. No issues. Will review upon conclusion.

The Doctor was compassionate and understanding and supportive. Couldn't ask for better treatment.
