I would like to thank Furzana for all of her hard work in bringing my claim to a successful conclusion.
My claim was particularly complex, involving the MIB following a hit-and-run accident, multiple serious injuries and several years of medical evidence. Throughout the process, Furzana remained professional and continued to pursue the claim despite significant delays outside of her control.
I especially appreciated her persistence in negotiating with the MIB, arranging counsel's advice when required and ultimately helping to achieve a settlement that was significantly higher than the initial offer.
The claims process was understandably lengthy, and there were times where I would have appreciated more frequent updates and clearer communication regarding progress. However, I recognise that much of the delay stemmed from the MIB and the need to obtain specialist medical evidence rather than from the legal work itself.
Overall, I am grateful for Furzana's efforts and the outcome she achieved for me. I would happily recommend her to anyone pursuing a personal injury claim.
