You placed your order on the 27th December and our website clearly states that we are closed from the 24th December 2025 to the 5th January 2026 on the home, checkout, order confirmation pages of our website.
I appreciate if you missed these highlighted warnings on the website but would explain why you haven't received your order yet. We have also sent you an email explaining that you should expect your order mid this week and we hope to still meet that target.

Many thanks for your order and enquiry, I wholly apologise.
At this point you should have received at least 2 emails from us both the initial order confirmation and an email in follow up with regard to an ETA for delivery of the order.
Taking a look, ourselves and Timeguard were both out of stock on that product at the time of ordering, I can see a colleague of mine popped an email over suggesting an ETA that delivery would be this week following further availability at the manufacturer.
I have made contact with Timeguard this morning for an update on the arrival of the TS800’s and will also call into them when they open at 08:30.
I hope that this is OK, considering the delay thus far I have arranged a refund this morning of the postage cost in initially apology for the delay here!

Fantastic company to deal with
Use these guys quite regularly and always happy orders are quickly processed and usually with me within 48 hours, placed an order today 18th December, John personally called me to let me know there was an issue with the manufacturers (KSR) and they would not be able to get the lights to me till January 5th, we discussed other options and went with another manufacturer/type of light fitting - you dont get customer service like this anymore, I cannot speak highly enough about powerdiscount I highly recommend them, when placing orders you are constantly updated on the progress of your order from start to finish - Orrell Electrics

item is yet to arrive, false advertising on the delivery time scale.
Item is yet to arrive, delivery time frame was a lie and not a very prompt service. The item wasn't in stock, had to be ordered in but I was told that the delivery of the item is basically irrelevant it's only when you as a company get the item then the delivery time of delivery takes effect. Ordered 6/7 days ago with express delivery of 1-2 days but the express is only from when an order with Scolmore is complete of an ETA to them of 4-5 days then the express comes into effect after.
Needed the item sooner, no option of a refund, not a sincere apology and also what it seems like not a care to. Only update received was when item was chased.
Overall not a good or pleasant experience.

My apologies for the unsatisfactory experience you have had with us.
I can see we informed you of a stock delay on the Monday 8th December as you placed the order on Saturday 6th December.
Please be advised not all lines on our website are items we hold on the shelf as we are an online wholesaling business and some lines we need to order-in first. This is why we do state on our wesbite that any orders needed next day that you call us first to check stock availability.
That being said we did quote the Thursday/Friday for delivery and it was not delivered until the Monday so we wholly apologise of course and I belive this was due to a slight delay in shipment from Click which we were unaware of and out of our control; I guess the Christmas period can create uncertaintly in dispatched times for some companies.
I can see we have already refunded your postage as a gesture of good will and we hope we can create a better experience with us should you chose to use us again.
