Kept me informed about the delivery times and although they said there was a delay the goods arrived within a few days.

I received my product on 1/8/2026 and upon opening the box to inspect it, I noticed a broken part at the back that holds the rear flaps of the bathroom ventilation fan and like a return from other customer. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it should have been checked before being sent to a customer or even dispose it. I feel quite disappointed by this, and although I will not be returning the item, I will have to install it without the damaged part.
The return process seems too complicated, and I am concerned about the possibility of receiving another faulty product.

To be honest, this purchase has been a disappointment overall.

Very professional yet friendly customer relations. Needed to return an item that was not performing as expected. Gave me the manufacturers contact number to verify testing before return. Return was all done with online forms. Free return postage with automated label production. Company sent immediate replacement without waiting for faulty items return. Excellentcustomer relations and service. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to my family and colleagues.

Did not have items in stock when ordered (website could have said that?) but communicated well about it and did arrive quickly as they sent items express delivery rather than the 2-4 days delivery originally paid for. Very well packaged, which is just as well as put items in a hugely oversized outer box. It will be a while before I have the items fitted, as required as part of a refurbishment project, so I cannot comment yet on the items themselves but I did inspect one, it looked in pristine condition and it had fitting instructions.

The delivery driver pushed the fragile light bulbs through the letterbox and broke one of the lightbulbs

There was a slight delay in dispatching my order due to supplier problem but I was politely kept updated and it arrived in a few days, well-packaged and with a proper invoice included.

I am very disappointed with this order. I paid £5.95 for 2-day delivery, but it has been over a week and my order has still not even been dispatched. Please investigate this delay and provide an update as soon as possible. If you cannot deliver within the promised timeframe, I would also like a refund of the delivery charge.
