We recognise all of our customers are individual and the needs of an industrial and commercial contractor can differ greatly from the needs of a domestic installer. All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.
