I’d be utterly ashamed if one of my kids worked at a company like this. If they created one like this id probably disown them. The whole business model is based on exploiting people who are struggling and taking money off them in the most sneaky way to leave them struggling even more, all while pretending to help. Imagine of your kid grew up to do that for a living. How depressing would that be?!

Entered details out of curiousity more than anything...since a couple of days after i have been inundated with scam calls talking about a low credit score (dont have) and outstanding debt (also dont have) ...i highly suspect they are selling data to scammers or they are indeed scammers themselves.

Asked for €99 euro which I paid, then asked for a further 400 for tax reasons and they said they would increase my loan value so I would get this back. I told them not a chance was I giving them another penny without seeing my loan and asked for a refund of my €100. Apparently they cannot give me my money back because I did not pay them the €400 and I need to pay that to get my money back, clearly con artists and I really hope nobody else falls for this

DO NOT ask these people for a loan they WILL accept it and the they will ask you for money €75 to be exact and when you pay them they will ask for more they took €325 from me and then told me they couldn't transfer my loan they will ask you to purchase a paysafe card and then email them a picture of it I bought 4 of these on different amounts and they used them before I could try and get it back. They WILL NOT give you back your money. They own another website aswell called loans to pocket so please dont get caught like I did.

Disgusting company pray on the vulnerable mess the fos and fca about regarding customer complaints and refunds, eventually agree to complaints in October which were originally issued a year before which they kept refusing then go into administration to avoid paying back what customers are owed. Greedy loan sharks lining the directors pockets by pinching from the vulnerable and needy

I use to a customer 164227 and made a claim against them took the to the FOS, the adjudicator decided in my favour but they have not replied to the FOS missing 2 deadline if you missed a payment they be on you, do not use

Been waiting for this company to send a breakdown of my upheld P2P loans to the FOS for over 7 weeks, called, emailed and get fobbed off every time! Avoid at all costs, their sister company Quick Quid and Onstride.. They prey on vulnerable people... avoid avoid avoid.....

I have been approved for a loan of €3000 from pounds to pockets. As i live in Republic of Ireland they are asking for €75 upfront. Is this a scam or should i pay the €75. But will i ever see the €3000?

I had five loans with them all one after another when I was clearly in financial difficultly. I have referred to fos. Stay away from this company if at all possible

Terrible. Made a payment to them via my DMP they returned the payment. Called them they dont know why it was returned. Called them again hoping to get someone different who could tell me same thing . So they dont want my money that's fine it will pay something else off.

Terrible company, long irresponsible lending claim which I thought I had a response from recently only to find it was someone else's claim they had sent me. Worst out of all the payday lenders in my opinion.
Also never respond to emails.

Just been poundland Bristol city centre bristol I was in the bus stop opposite poundland and I realise that I didn't have water to drink at work than I quickly ran in to grab few bottle of water was quite I was the only one the shop. I grabbed the water went straight to the till because my bus was just 2 minutes away. So I said to the cashier goodmorning she just looked at me and few minutes later she said by the way when coming to the till its other way around and I said ok thank you.after she finish cashing for me there was a nother Male going to the cashier going on the same way I went and I stood there want to hear what was she going to say to him guess what she didn't say anything she even greeted him. Wow!!! Great for customer service and treating everyone the same. Well where I come from you greet people doesn't matter who they are and where they come from. That very polite.

Awful company irresponsible lending complaint with all of Cash Euro Net which includes Quick Quid, P2P and OnStride.

I just spoke to a unprofessional named James who claims to be the manager for pounds to pocket. Claims that he is he only manager there , so he clearly runs the show. A shut show at that . I have never been cut of and talked over so many times , and to be honest was a really bad experience. I am currently trying to deal with difficult circumstances and they simply treated me like a piece of nothing . I will personally request not to speak with either of them specifically the manager James who to be honest I wouldn't employ in a million years working in corporate sales offices all my life. Pathetic customer service.

Had to take this company to the financial ombudsman they gave me no help at all when I ran into financial difficulties didn’t even contact me just sold the debt onto a debt collection agency they just ignored my emails and still are when I asked for an explanation why they did this ignore this company just make you drown in a sea of debt
