Excellent service

Not impressed so far. Placed 4 separate orders.

The first to arrive is a ‘try’ pack supposedly containing 2 pieces of fabric, wadding, zip, thread, magnetic clasp & bag hardware. The magnetic clasp & bag hardware weren’t in the package.
Now fair enough, with a discount code on the listing the price was reduced from £10 to free.

However - there’s no way this was ever worth £10. All prices are from their site where possible.
2 fat quarters in weird orange & yellow - worth max £4.
1 unbranded 24cm zip - £0.65
An orange Coats poly cotton thread worth £1.99 (not even sold on their site!)
1 piece wadding 22.5 x 48cm. 6.99 per 3m on the website - making it worth £0.26.

No delivery timescales given anywhere on order, order confirmation email or website/app (checked both and they say it’ll be there when you checkout - it isn’t).

I was charged £4.95 postage - no other options.

Arrived posted standard 2nd class large letter - 199g - this is £1.85 with a Royal Mail business account (which this was sent via according to the label).

Still no sign of the other 3 orders - perhaps they’ll be amazing 🙄

Well I've learnt my lesson ! Bought a bundle of threads for what seemed like a bargain price. The description was :
' You'll receive a random selection of different colours, giving you a fantastic variety to work with. Please note that colours are randomly selected, so some shades may be repeated within your bundle'

You're not kidding! 14 reels of a glittery thread, 12 reels of pink, 11 of a pale citrus lime, 10 of a pale turquoise, and a random few black, grey, beige, repeated colours to the extent that I'd have to open a factory to use some of the colours up!
No primary colours, reds, blues, yellows, no darker greens or purples/mauves - I'm SO disappointed . I should have realised when some time ago I bought a bundle of 3-metre lengths of fabric, of which about 80% was unusable. Never again!

This is about the 4th time an order has gone wrong. Items that are the wrong colour, different material than described, or missing items altogether. The customer service is a joke. They don't respond unless you send several emails repeating your problem and asking for help. Then they send an email promising to help but not actually helping. I had to chase down every email, being very patient until they just ignored me. Horrible trashy company. Shame on me for trying to purchase from them again. I should have known better. The prices are dirt cheap for a reason. The fabric is awful and the customer service is worse. Never again.
I had to get PayPal involved and thankfully PayPal refunded me immediately.

Still a week on and still not dispatched, communication not great either trying to resolve the issue

I am very happy with my purchase. The price was reasonable and affordable for my pocket. The fabric print is lovely. I was also delighted that my order was dealt with promptly and I it was delivered with care and on time, as promised. Thank you very much.

first two orders were good, no issues other than maybe slow shipping, third order however has been a disaster, out of 5 items only two were correct, one was listed as black but clearly nave, sew in interfacing was in fact iron on interfacing and the worst part was one fabric was filthy, written on and badly pilled.

It took ages to get them to send me a return label for the damaged fabric (offered me 20% off at first even though its unusable), they told me the wrong courier for drop off but I still managed to get it sent back the day after they sent the label.

So I waited, then waited some more.

Eventually I checked the tracking, it had been sat at the collection point they set for several days! I emailed again and a couple more days pass before they tell me they can't find it and ask for the order number again (even though I had included that) I send the details and a screenshot of the tracking.

Its been nearly a week since I sent the info they asked for (again) and now they are ignoring me, even when I try and phone, leaving me still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later.

Luckily I can raise a dispute with the place I used to pay.

Nobody gets back to you when you have an issue

Advertised 3m Christmas fabric. What I got was nothing remotely resembling Christmas fabric. Rubbish.
