Super fast delivery and such a versatile piece of furniture. I think my husband and I are enjoying it more than our daughter. Our nephews love it too and can’t to come over and play with it. Looking forward to adding more pieces over time. One of the best purchases we’ve made.

My grand kids love this couch along with their grandfather and cousins. It’s a multitude of fun used in every aspect of play. You just don’t realize until you have one. All I can say is love it love it. An everyday fun piece for play.

Our friends have one & after seeing how much our kids enjoyed playing with it we got one. It keeps on giving!! It is used everyday and the kids absolutely love it! Possibly the greatest thing we have ever bought them. Kids aged between 5-11y/os and all of them play with it, albeit in different ways. Highly recommend!

Amazing toy. So worth the investment. My kids swear it’s the funnest thing they’ve ever played with and I’ve noticed real advancements in their gross and fine motor skills since playing. I can’t believe all the shapes they come up with. Great for a spare bed too!

Absolutely love this couch. My 21 month old loves moving the little pillows round already. And when her 4 big cousins came round they caused complete chaos and had an absolutely amazing time for an hour!

Super fast delivery, great product, lovely colour selection. Indeed wipeable. The little one seems to like it and plays with it every day - so far a good investment.

Overall I like the sofa. It’s well made, covers are washable and my sons have already played with it a lot. I bought it following an advert on Facebook. I would say that having seen the advert again since I do think it is a little misleading. There are extra bits/cushions in those pictures which are not part of the sofa I got and I don’t recall being offered extra. I think it is a very flexible play item but I think the advert suggests there are more iterations than is in fact the case.

I love this sofa - my children love playing with each part of this modular sofa. It sparks creativity, fun, and it's pretty easy to clean (always a plus when you are a mum!).

Our children love them, we have 3 sets now, would highly recommend.

Arrived quickly, just needed to zip up the zips and could use it immediately, my daughter loves sitting and reading on it

Quick postage and neat compressed packaging. The sofa is brilliant!! Our kids (3 and 7 months) absolutely love it. It's doing exactly what we wanted in helping them to be active and imaginative on days when we have to be inside rather than just being served endless cups of pretend tea and cake! Highly recommended. Hoping to order more.

I'm thrilled with the Possum Play Couch! It's incredibly versatile, allowing my little ones to create all sorts of games and shapes. It arrived within 4 days of placing my order. I couldn't be happier!!

Terrible customer service. The courier forgot to leave information about where they left the parcel, all it said on the tracking page was 'Left with a neighbour' and a blurry photo of feet and a corner of a door. I spent days asking around the neighbourhood and going to neighbours and didn't find my parcel. Also, I have extreme phobia of bugs and the thought of my parcel living for days in a home with fleas or bedbugs, was driving me insane! All customer service did was make me wait until the bloody courier remembered where he left the parcel 6 DAYS LATER. Of course it didn't arrive on time for the intended purpose, I had to write a few angry emails. I said I want compensation for all the trouble they caused me and the wasted time to search for my parcel like a bloody beggar but everyone literally ignored me and all I got was a 'So sorry for the inconvenience'.

Also, the smell when I finally opened the pacel was horrifying. Covers need immediate wash before use and it's a struggle to put them back on.

Besides all this, the play couch is alright, little one likes it. Too bad the experience killed the magic this famous sofa promised. Just another overrated brand that spends more finance on marketing than what actually matters. I will tell everyone I know to not bother with them. So extremely disappointed.

Cannot recommend this play couch enough! And i can also clearly say its not only for kiddies. I found my husband playing with shapes and setting his stage as his fav hehehe mind you the baby was asleep.
My bubba is only 12 months and loves the different shapes it makes. every time he wakes up from a nap its different!

I cannot wait to see what he comes up with when he is big enough to do it himself.

Lastly i also love how personal the company is. The moment i followed them on instagram there was a message from them straight away. Yes i know it wasn't personalised specifically to me but i liked that extra attention to detail to reach out to their customers

I so wanted to love this after being
recommended by lots of mums. I spent time researching different options of Play sofas (over 6 months) so not a whim purchase.
Bought in the Black Friday sale with a decent discount knowing it would not be delivered until February. Which was fine. We were willing to wait. However I reached out several times for updates and reassurance, who wouldn’t when they took nearly £400 out of my account instantly. No response. Customer service is terrible. And then despite no product or response from emails asking for a simple update on expected delivery date, constantly bombarded with emails on other products to buy!!!
Anyway sofa finally runs up 29/2 so just within the late February deadline. Fine. Opening it up my whole house stunk of fish. Not just a little smell. I’m talking rotten sardines fish.
Was told to let it settle or put it in the garden (February uk weather 🙈) or wash the covers? The covers that I’ve just struggled to zip up in the first place?
Thankfully it did settle smelly wise with a couple of cold nights of windows open but I’m not sure the zips will actually last if I do wash it because they were also dodgy 😂
Anyway the kids do love it and would rate it’s play factor 8/10 and much to my annoyance my son wanted the big wedges!
Here we go again.
No mention of pre order when I (he) spent £100 of his saved up pennies that it was pre order! Yet now apparently it’s on back order until June 🤪

So kids yes will love it. Adults be warned the customer service is non existent and will leave you frustrated by the bucketload

I purchased a play couch in the Black Friday sale this year on 27 November - here we are two days before Christmas and it hasn’t arrived (and won’t be here for Christmas now). Wait, actually, the armrest has arrived but not the rest of my couch, making for a fantastic Christmas present for my two little girls…NOT. Very disappointed and regretting the purchase, and it’s not even here yet.

Ordered in late November with ‘guaranteed delivery before Christmas’ and now the latest shipping update is delivery by 5th of January. Whilst Australia post is not within their control, they took 9 days to ship it from when I placed the order. Zero help from customer service. Would not recommend dealing with this business.
