Sonny Baggett came out on Friday and took pictures and a video of our motorhome. Sonny was very easy to work with. On Monday it was advertised and by Wednesday we had an interested buyer, putting down a deposit. A scheduled inspection happened the next Tuesday and we closed on it then. Sandra Lake sent all the paperwork for us to print, notarize, and overnight and made the transaction painless. Would definitely recommend POP’s

Starts with Shane Head who has been my go to for some time. Once he and I make a deal Sandi takes over. She is amazing and works so hard to accommodate all of my ridiculous requests. No matter what I need she will drop what she's doing to assist and with all of the unit I purchase this means the world to me.

I was purchasing from an out of state seller and the people at POP were extremely helpful and accessible. They handled everything with the purchase and protected both parties. We had issues that came up and they handled and resolved them promptly. I had no worries concerning paperwork, leins and proper documents needed to transfer ownership. It was well worth the money I paid for them to handle everything.

Was interested in an RV on their site. Was then contacted by a "broker" who not only never saw the RV I was interested in but also was located clear across the country. In this transaction, I'm sorry to say that they would have provided little-to-zero value in this deal and yet had their hand out for commission (which is between them and the seller) and fees which they insisted would be my problem. No thank you! I will look elsewhere. Very poor business model. Reinforces the mantra to buy local.

Excellent assistance from field rep John in ID, he kept us informed about our Motorhome and Sandra at POP headquarters assisted us with closing. They know how to make a smooth deal happen. Highly recommend POPSELLS!

Mr. Baggett was horrible, I can’t remember the last time I’ve had someone represent me in such a disrespectful, rude and condescending way. Because he was so unprofessional and disrespectful to me, it caused me to do my own marketing! As a result of my own smart motivated marketing strategy, I SOLD my 2022 boat in less than 24 hours, after the last of many conflicts I encountered with Mr. Baggett. Mr. Baggett was trying to sell my boat for months and all I got from him was constant disrespect and rude elevated aggressive attitude towards me.

He would constantly make comments to me in favor of buyers as if they were giving him a commission. He would negotiate with the buyers about my boat behind my back and if I didn’t agree the buyers would mysteriously back out. When I would try to talk to him about my disappointment with his service, he would over talk me and raise his voice. This guy was horrible.

In today's world, with scams happening everywhere, I don't understand how this company does not improve their process for purchasing a boat. Our experience: We contacted a seller to see a boat, we were immediately asked to pay a deposit to lock in the boat, before we even saw the boat. This is red flag to me, I never heard of Pop boats and they want me to submit a payment of $1000. You may know you're a legit company, but I did not. We went to go see the boat, we liked the boat and now started feeling more comfortable with the situation. We called the salesman when we got home and got a contract 7:45 the next morning. We went about our day and around lunch is when all the trouble started. The salesman calls my wife and aggressively asks to sign the contract and make the deposit. No no, we don't do that, that raises more red flags. But we are told that there was another buyer and we had to race to submit our contract. We did what we needed and submitted our contract, it was accepted, AND signed by the owner of the boat. My wife gets another call after 5 saying, it looks like the other buyer beat us, but we're checking. Then why did our contract even go through? Your system can't do checks and reject the contract? Red flag number 3. Repeatedly called and messaged the salesman, who said he'd get back to us and didn't, I had to call him the next day. We did not get the boat, we will not be using Pop boats ever again.

Elle Morrison is amazing. She continues to send possible RV's and is extremely responsive when we ask to change some of the filters. She responds M-F and even on the weekends! We found an RV we want to see and she immediately contacted the local retailer and we are all set up to go on Saturday. Whether this is the right RV for us or not...we will have to wait and see. But Elle is absolutely fantastic to work with and a real asset to Pop Sales!

Joe is great! We would like to thank him for everything he’s done in selling our boat and keeping us informed all the time. Joe was well liked by the buyers. He’s always available and ready to assist. Will do business with Joe and POP again.
