The whole Popsells experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. After my first inquiry with 4 specific questions about a boat the Popsells responded with "its a nice boat, come and look" and answered nothing. Then i got a barrage of listings to my email.
My next experience was not much better since the rep (nice enough guy) i got was in Oklahoma and the boat was in Florida. However they did have a FL rep meet me at the boat which was the only good part of the experience.
They treat the sale like buying a house with contracts and closings and other BS. When you buyl/ a house you get occupancy and deed at closing. Not at Popsells. It has been nearly a month and no titles or other documentation have been delivered to me and the keys were turned over to a third party storage lot. In addition to the 10% they charge the seller, the buyer pays $495.

What a scam for poor service!!!
if you find a boat or RV listed by Popsells do your homework and find the owner and work around them

Pop provided a professional dedicated staff that communicated extremely well from initiating the advertisement through closing. They made the entire process extremely easy!

The experience of buying a boat is hard. But with the knowledge and help from Ashton K. was awesome. When I thought thinks was wrong he reassured us everything was on schedule. He made the transaction for so easy and worked hard to get it done fast. Thank you Ashton.

This was a great experience. Ashton was amazing and he helped us with every aspect of closing paperwork between us and the seller of our new fifth wheel RV all the way until the end. HIs Customer Service is unsurpassed despite we were in NC and purchased it in NJ. He made it effortless. He was kind and had great humor. He truly cares and will go the extra mile for you. I would hire him again.

The purchase of an RV in a different state can be a complicated task. POP took care of all of the details, title work, lien satisfaction, vehicle registration and all of the various forms required for such a purchase. POP coordinated with the seller, the inspector we hired to inspect the RV and our lender for part of the purchase price. Every POP employee that we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and always very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. POP made a complex task across state lines easy, and we would highly recommend POP to anyone who wants to buy or sell an RV.

Joe and Chrissy were super accommodating and respectful of my opinion, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I didn't buy my first day there but went forward on the next night! I would have to say they get a High 5 for their work, would recommend to anyone!

After trying to sell my RV by myself for six months, I responded to an email from Pops. I decided to list it with them and I am so glad I did. Tavi Wolf was assigned to me as my rep and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about my make an model RV as he owns the same one. He helped write my ad and presto, 2 months later we had a buyer. Not only that, but we closed 4 days after the showing. Super organization!

I've been looking for a fishing boat for awhile now but I happened to come across a listing from popsells that I was interested in. After meeting Bradley and talking with him I soon realized it wasn't the right fit for me. Bradley listened to what I was saying and his own love of fishing and knowledge of boats showed me several other options without trying to sell me on anything that I wouldn't be happy with. He didn't oversell or hype any particular boat he simply told me the pros and cons and narrowed the search to finally find me the boat of my dreams.. He and his wife were a blessing in a process that was truly overwhelming to me and made the process relatively pain free. Above and beyond though the whole process, even assisting me with the financial and closing teams. Also Partnering with Steve (who was also great) to be onsight during test run and finalizing deal with a handshake as I drove off with my new boat.. from start to finish, with all involved, I always felt like an answer to any question was but a phone call away.. so thank You Brad and Kristy, also Steve, for an awsome experience. I started out looking for a boat but found a genuine group of people that perhaps I'll see out on the water one day and will recognize them as friends.

I'll admit we were sceptical, but after talking to a real person that knew how to get our answers or had them right in front of her, Captain Debbie went above and beyond! Then Tracy with the closing team, again above and beyond, got us documents we needed for the bank, helped with the wire, and researched a place for us to stay in our new to us RV the first night! If we buy again we wouldn't hesitate a second with pops! Better than a dealer experience!

We had not heard of pops until in the market. The experience was great. Very responsive. Tavi responded within 30 minutes of our initial inquiry. Sunny met us at the rig. Sandi with the closing dept. was Johnny on the spot. Extremely easy process. Would highly recommend Prospective buyers to use pops.

We ended up buying a new one from a dealer but Cory continued his professionalism and courtesy after being notified.

Selling an RV in the northeast is very difficult - the market has tanked since the pandemic ended. Not until the price was lowered significantly (50% of original asking - price), did more people show interest. Our POP representative worked vigorously to sell before Nov.30, our deadline due to other obligations. One offer was generated and accepted, with a very tight window for closing. The sales rep was easy to reach and always returned messages promptly. We had 24 hours to do all the paperwork for a closing the next day - the closing advocate worked intensively for and with us to get all the documents done, notarized, and transmitted on time. We couldn't have done it without the expertise of the POPS team.

I never expected to have them sell my R V within a week of listing it. The staff was outstanding and the experience was great. Pops sells is number 1 . you will not waste your time by using them. A top notch company

Tracy was great about communicating quickly and explaining the next steps with our sale. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. She did all of the “heavy lifting” and made our closing a pleasant experience.
