I was a bit apprehensive about making a purchase offer for a motorhome through Pop RVs but my worries were put to rest quickly.
Through the entire buying process I felt I was in good professional hands and the contract/legal aspects of it were properly taken care of.
It was similar, if not identical, to buying a house. You are assured that all the paper work is done properly and there is no hanky-panky.
The Pop RVs agents explained to me the buying process and kept me informed of the progress. I always knew what was the next step, when and how.
They promptly and clearly answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to talk to them. Entire ‘paper work’ can be done online with digital signatures etc. I was surprised how easy it was. It took less than 10 days from the time I made my offer to the time the motorhome with temporary registration was ready for pick up.
You of course have to check the RV out. They don’t do that for you. Just hire a professional RV inspector or inspect it yourself if you know how. Pop RVs will provide you a list of inspectors if needed. I did just a video walk through and a test drive, which my agent helped to arrange with the seller.
Bottom line is that the Pop RVs made the process worry free and painless. Highly recommend.

Nothing was mentioned about any requirement for the sale price to match the blue book price.
Only after getting all the required information together was I informed that I owe too much and they wouldnt be interested in consigning my 2010 Tiffin Phaeton.
Hopefully they are more transparent in the future about the pricing requirements.

This was a great way to sell our RV. There were notifications of interested parties along the way as well as weekly reports. The closing process was great. I received the paperwork to complete and prompt answers to my questions while completing. On the day of the closing, the money was wired to our bank account and we turned the RV over to the buyer who happily drove away. A seamless, organized process removing the stress of doing it yourself.

No pressure and smooth negotiating. They allowed us to choose the RV of our dreams at a price we could afford. Mike presented options to keep us thinking and made us aware of units at both ends of our price range and age limits. The broker and closing agent interfaced with seller and finance, so we did not have to, at least as much. From offer to close in less than 10 days. Our brokerage team met us on site twice and allowed us time to get to know our new RV before we moved to close.

We’re really grateful that the professionals at POP helped us sell our rig.
