First I’d like to say I’m new to embroidery. I have never done anything like this before in my life. This machine is very beginner friendly. And the technical support has been great answering my questions and helping me through if I need help with anything at all. I highly recommend this machine and company.

I ordered a Poolin EOM with no experience & tension was pretty much perfect right out of the box.
Customer service is reliable, but not in EST - so I do have to stay up to chat with them, but it’s well worth my time. Leo is great, I haven’t had any issues that he couldn’t help me with. He sends me videos that I can follow along with & can point out an error just by looking at a photo. I can’t wait to buy my next machine in 2027!

I own both a E06 and EOM. The E06 I would give a 3.5 stars. It’s an all right machine, but it seemed like I was constantly fixing little things here and there.

Now, the EOM I would definitely give it a 5+ stars. It has been nothing but fabulous since I got it a few months ago. I have completed so many projects. There were a few errors here and there, but all user issues, not machine issues.

Poolin customer service is truly like no other. They get back to you as soon as they can (different time zone for me), they check up on you to make sure things are running smoothly.

I would definitely purchase a Poolin or Bai multineedle again.

Excellent customer service, very promptly, always helpful and willing to help and provide very good tips and knowledge I'm very new into this field, and so far experience has been zero stress knowing that there's always a person to support me in every project.

Okay so the customer service is fantastic, they help you over in WhatsApp via text and that really helped me as a beginner. I’ve never embroidered anything before getting this machine and this was my first time doing it but Kai From Poolin Customer Service helped me when it was like night and day! Thank you Kai! You’re very dedicated to helping me friend! That being said there’s just some small stuff that’s hard to learn right away, and the machine can be hard to figure out as a beginner, though it’s my first machine so. Also the pedal foot no longer locks at the top, which I hope to fix with customer service. All in all great service 😌, good machine if you know how to use it.

Love the machine, love the customer support! I’ve had the Poolin EOX since early March 2026. For support, I thought the different time zones would be challenging, but it’s not bad. I work my real job during the day, so the support team is usually available when I’m ready to use my machine once I get home. Kai and team have been very helpful and supportive!

Kai is very helpful when troubleshooting problems; I’m new to embroidery so I had a few! He was patient and friendly; he asked for videos of my issues so he could better assist. Afterwards, he followed up to make sure things were still running smoothly. Excellent customer service!

If I could only say two words describing the people who work at Poolin it would be “CUSTOMER SUPPORT”! Truly UNPRECEDENTED! I started with the EOC06 and quickly moved to the EOX in just eight short months of use. This is the first time I have ever attempted embroidery.. There was definitely a big learning curve, but the results are fabulous. Both machines have brought me much joy and allowed me to make profit in return. It has been my experience that all of their products are wonderful!! Everything from the machines all the way to the stabilizer and threads. They truly make you feel like a friend not just a customer. Unlike any other Machine, you will learn your machine inside and out. You will not be dependent upon someone at a shop to maintain your machine. The company takes great pride in the quality of machines and the products they make, Not one time have I reached out and not gotten the help that I needed. I cannot count how many times they have reached out to me just to make sure that I am OK to ask or if I needed any assistance. If you purchase here you will NOT be disappointed. The only thing to remember is that there is a time difference. So, I know my 9am is their 10pm.

From my experience, they have excellent 24/7 customer service, with engineers always ready to help you. The machine is of very high quality and embroiders beautifully; I highly recommend it! Also, when I placed my order, the representative I contacted was always in touch with me, and even to this day, they still are. Incredible post-purchase support

I've had a great experience with Poolin. The advising is excellent, and the guidance provided has been very helpful throughout the process. One of the biggest benefits is having access to experts who are available when questions come up. Every time I've needed assistance, the support team has been knowledgeable, patient, and quick to help. Having that level of support and expertise available is a huge bonus and makes the experience much more valuable. I highly recommend Poolin to anyone looking for quality advice and outstanding customer support.

I bought an EOCO6-RE towards d end of December 2025. I wish I had d time to use it more often. Honestly, in d beginning it was kind of frustrating with nesting n threading problems etc but with d help of Kevin most of my problems r resolved almost immediately. Every time I text him via messenger, he'll respond almost immediately regardless if it's day or night....which I think is exceptional after service. This machine is great, very user friendly but one would need patience in d beginning. There's only 1 setback which is kind of annoying ....it's d colors r always different from d download which Kevin explained dat DST files do not save color information. I certainly hope they'll find a solution to this problem soon. Until then to me this machine is worth every penny n I'll rate it 80% as of now. Once d color problem is set straight, I'll definitely rate it 100%.

I have the Poolin EOC06 and love it. I've had minor issues and the Engineer Tech for this company was very helpful to get me back to running smoothly. I would highly recommend this even for a beginner or seasoned crafter that wants to enjoy making embroidery items.

I have no embroidery experience but I really wanted to create my own embroidery designs on clothing so ordered the EOC07 in the middle of February. As I'm doing research on how to use it i came across a few groups where I met some technicians. One of them, Kai, was eagerly willing to help and assist from the beginning. Their customer service is 5 star in itself! That is something that I feel was worth buying a machine from Poolin anyday. The machine is easy to work with but I did end up buying a different embroidery program to learn digitizing instead of institch. I would 150% recommend Poolin! Not only is the customer service/ Technician service excellent but their prices arent able to be beat! You get alot for money! The only small regrets are not getting one sooner and being too nervous to buy a multi needle machine for my first machine. Im currently saving up for one and hope ill be able to enjoy an EOM someday along with my EOC07.🥰🥰. Thanks Poolin for making my embroidery experience a 5 star one!

I purchased the EOM Embroidery Machine from Poolin, and I can honestly say that their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced.

I've really enjoyed using my PooLin EOX by BAi embroidery machine. As someone who loves crafting and personalizing items, this machine has been a great addition to my workspace. It was fairly easy to get set up, and after a little practice, I was creating embroidery projects with confidence.

The stitch quality is clean and professional-looking, and I love being able to upload my own designs. The touchscreen is easy to navigate, and the larger embroidery area gives me plenty of room to work on different projects. I've embroidered on shirts, bags, hats, and gifts, and the results have been consistently impressive.

One thing that really stands out is the customer support. Whenever I had questions or needed help troubleshooting, the engineers were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I ordered the EOX on Monday, June 8, 2026 and it arrived on Friday, June 12, 2026. It went really fast. The delivery was amazing. Day and Ross was awesome with the delivery. Very helpful. They put the box where I wanted it and were super friendly.

I was very impressed with the packaging of the machine. This is my second multi-needle machine and there was a difference in packaging the machine. The only thing that was missing was the user manual. I ended up receiving one from my sales rep but other than that I have been impressed. The after sales service has been excellent! Kevin has been great. Unlike my other machine sales support.

I have used the machine twice and so far I really like it. It’s much quieter than my first machine, the setup of the machine is also much better. The only thing I wish is that the speed would be 1200spm.

I am looking forward to learning institch cloud and the rest of the machine. Hoping that this machine will outgrow my business.
